Karina, why should they have to send it away etc.... surely in the interests of customer service etc and they could send them a photo or something.. we are in the age of technology!! Is there a grobag number you can call directly?? I'd try that before letting them send it off for who knows how long it will take. mmmmm... I wouldn't be able to stay that long with my IL's either...lol. I wouldn't go if I had the choice, but I'd also start to really feel it without Andy for a whole week!
