The reason where not getting our money back (except $600 of it) is cos its a skimming incident... No one actually went to the machine with our card. They have footage of someone at the ATM but no actuall visual of him planting the device. So they gave us 10% of our funds back. Were through to the next round to see if we can get more money back but looks like were not going to... and if we do it wont be for a while. Once our card was put in they get ur details and then with small cameras they can access ur pin and DP wasnt as careful and even though he covered a bit it was easy to work out the pin. so remember to cover the pinpads ladies.
Fo were in debt $3000 and the 3000 in savings that was going towards new kitchen.
