BG - you always have practical advice and supportive comments to everyone - just wanted to say as when I was reading your post to Amy I was thinking that I'm so glad our bubs were due at the same time, otherwise I wouldn't have got to know you from sharing our pg thread

Amy - You cant blame yourself for everything that happens - unfortunately things happen (re the playmat) and its impossible to watch our kids 100% of the time - otherwise we would never shower or go to the loo either! Sooooooo heartbreaking to hear you were so upset mate, sending you 100 hugs. But you are right yourself, things always get better (its bloody hard to remember that when you feel like have a really bad day or moment/s). I bet you are right, we WILL miss those midnight booby cuddles (and we'll conveniently forget the part where we where desperate for sleep and wanting less of them HAHAHAHAHA). I've said it before but you know I struggle for sleep etc too - but I only have one!! - I seriously cant even contemplate how much harder it would be with a toddler. You are a fabulous, funny, kind and caring Mummy who I truly admire and if there is one thing you guys have taught me - its that despite all the rewards, this motherhood gig IS tough, and Mummies are such hardworking, under-rated and selfless people. And I say this in all seriousness even though I haven't yet met you IRL, if there were more Mummies with the morales, love and nuturing that you give your girls, there'd be a whole lot less F***ed up kids out there!

Ooooooooohh, my GF had her baby TODAY - 3+weeks early (eerily similar to me) and he's adorable - 6pd 8 - Kadin Steven is his name. I'm sooooooo excited as she had been TTC for 10 years - he is another IVF miracle and its such a wonderful day. I feel very emotional as I know all she's been through to get to this point of finally being a Mummy. I cant wait to see her ....
