Bella, I feel bad posting this after reading your post............ (but I will anyway LOL)

Bailey slept from 6pm - 2pm (8 hours), gave him a feed, then he slept through to 7am (He woke up at 430 but I popped him in bed with us and he went straight to sleep). Wow!! I know some people think solids makes no difference, but it certainly is for us - his little belly stays full and he sleeps so much better. I went to bed at 8pm, so got 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep - NICE!! From a week ago I was feeding at least 3 times through the night!! It's only taken 5 months for me to get some decent sleep - LMAO!!

We have a baby carrier that someone bought us - similar to a baby bjorn just a cheaper version (cant remember the brand atm). Bailey doesn't like it much, neither do I TBH, I dont think I am a baby wearing kinda girl. I think its because he was so little at first, it just didn't fit right and by the time he was big enough for it he was 'Mr Independance'. However, I miss those early newborn snuggle cuddles which a baby carrier promotes - but Bailey is past those no matter how hard I try!! I think thats why I am a big 'cuddly/rocker to sleep' kinda Mum - thats when I get my cuddly snuggly fix

I might get a sling next time and use it from newborn - as that will keep nosey fingers off my bub too which drives me mad!!
