    MY IL'S SUCK!!!
I am so angry and upset I'm shaking! They have refused to come to Darcy's christening because we didn't ask them to organise it and didn't ask Cameron's siblings to be the godparents!!!!
They don't believe in God and none of their kids are christened!
Sorry for the vent, but I am waiting for Cam to come home and just feel sick for him. He's just had a huge arguement with them.

    What Shazz??? That's stupid.
Can't believe we picked the same day though! Best of luck and strength with your dramas too.

Thanks Leanne. Just trying to deal with Cam ATM. He didn't even get to tell them how proud he was to have lost his weight. Lucky I wasn't there. I'm a say it like it is girl.

    Hi Girls...

Its late and i just got home from the 2'nd family BBQ. It was my nan's actual b'day today and they (the ppl who are meant to be suprising her tomorrow night) all went and saw her. They could'nt even wait till tomorrow night. Oh well. They did'nt want her too spend her b'day alone. I was'nt there when they suprised her this arvo but apparently she was really shocked. She was crying too.

One of the cousins made up a dvd with all photos of our family from WAY back for nanny's birthday. It was a real spin out for me too see that too. The photos were so old. It was good to see where it was you orginated from. My nan is a half caste to so all the ppl in the photos were Aboriginal. It was was good but

Thats is bloody pathetic Kim. I can't believe that. The christening is about DARCY not them. They need to pull there head out of the a**es and realise that. Sorry if that is a bit harsh. But she is their grandchild and neice so they should show a bit more respect. And i believe its YOURS and CAMS decision as to who you wish to appoint as god parents not anyone else's. Don't worry about them. Go with what you think is best. Darcy is your daughter.

I know how your feeling though. I am getting a bit of pressure from ppl about who Briley's godparents are going to be. I have a couple of couples in mind. I am kinda scared to say cause i don't want to p*ss anyone off. I need to take a bit of what i said to you on board!!

    Anyways...I am so tired.

Big one tomorrow night so i need to get some beauty sleep.

Oh and yeah i brought a new dress for me and Briley today. Her dress is absolutely beautiful. I will have to take some good pics of it so that you guys can see her in it. My dress is quite nice too!! $20 from Chain Reaction.

    Right...bed...

    Ciao

Sara I couldn't have sadi it better myself! Isn't that funny though, Cam's nan's dad is aboriginal too, but she only found out a few years ago. I always thought there must have been some aboriginal blood - you should see all their noses and their eyes LOL but it can as a total shock to all of them. I wish Cam would acknowledge it, but he won't. I'd love a cheap home loan rate....only joking.

Shazz, glad that work isn't too bad, but I know what you mean aboout the nursing.

Darcy has one snotty nose! It's never been this bad before - to the point it's affecting her feeding. And her voice is quite scratchy poor love so I dragged out the Demazin again so she can at least breath....she won't go to sleep after having it, but at least she can breath properly.

    Morning Girls,

Been up cleaning ALL morning this morn. Briley is still sleeping with Daddy luckily so i managed to get up and clean up before all the rellies come up tomorrow to have a look at the place. Party tonight. I am looking forward to it. I am a bit tired though. I got nearly 9 hours sleep lastnight so i am wondering if my iron is low at the moment cause i have been really tired all the time lately.

Kim - No need to joke man....you get the world in you've got a splash or two in you. But to get things you need to get acknowlegment from your "tribe" committee. Its real good with the home loan thing. For the deposity you only need 5% deposit of the loan aount of $3,000 whichever is the lesser. Than the interest rate starts at 5%p.a then goes up every year until it reaches 1% less than the Commonwealth Bank. It will then always remain 1% less. I looked into it a couple of years ago but we were'nt really ready then. Even this time we did'nt go through them. Did'nt even think about it till the last minute. When i was younger my mum got aboriginal housing and we moved into a brand new house, never even lived in. We were there for about 7 years. So yeah you get lots of benefits anyways!

Sorry to hear that Darc is'nt feeling too well. Both nights we have been in town Briley has played up big time. I know its cause i am mucking up her routine and cause their are so many ppl there. So i hope she will be ok there tonight with Brent being there.

Well i had a couple of rum's lastnight and i feel sooo seedy. Worse than i do when i have a few more than a couple. I think i might go and have some brekky.

BBL if i can get time...hopefully by then you ladies will have been chatting up a storm. Its pretty quiet in here...

The last few days have been tough. My little ray of sunshine is a little clouded over! Can't get her to stop crying and whinging for three days. She's taking some pears with farex in the mornings and some nights she is having some mashed sweet potato.

Quick question. Do you include the food as well as the bottles or does it replace one or two of them? Could it be that she is hungry and that's why she's crying. She's still spewing up more than seems to be going in, so I am not sure what I am doing.

Might go check out the feeding forum.

    Quiet in here today.....

So I was supposed to go see my clinical psych on Friday and they cancelled 1 hour before as the dr was sick. It's been almost a month since I saw her and I can really tell. I can't stop my head from thinking. Finding it hard to do things and even though Kaitlyn pretty much sleeps through the night I am finding it hard to getting any sleep. I check on her like 10 times some nights.

Now that it looks like I will be returning to work full time in Feb my brain is working overtime with questions like; is this abandonment, what will they feed her at child care, will they leave her all day if she's crying etc etc. I know that deep down it is probably the right thing for me to do mentally, and I know that a ccc would not be so popular if they were c#%p, but I just can't slow down my brain.

Other than drinking a few glasses of wine every night ~ any suggestions?

My GP has doubled my PND medicine dose as he thinks my ever thinking mind is part of me coming out of the depression. After two days I am back to the beginning with the symptoms of feeling nauseous, morning sickness like symptoms etc....

    BBL - Katy crying......AGAIN.

    Quick question ladies.
Does anyone know where to buy the Pur teats, the wide neck ones without the little ridges and thingys on them. Just a plain old Pur teat.
My SIL needs one for her baby as this is all he'll take and she only has one.
    Thank ladies!

    You're all up early today!

    Shazz, Vic's pretty clever too!

Leanne, they should feed her what you ask, unless food is included in the price, then they should tell you what they're providing. Shouldn't they? Are you going back to your job in town? or did you find a closer one? Is this the SIL with the worst preg and delvery on earth and now she's asking for help? Hope she finds some though. Where does she live? The huge chemist in Penrith is usually pretty good for stuff like that. You know in the main street. The old Tony Fergusons one.

Nat were were 9th May and 7lb2oz so not too far off, think Shazz is closer though.

LOL Vic. Good on ya that's a good idea, but Cam doesn't even want to speak to them. He picked up our EH holden from there and left my car, but left the keys inside. Instead of going and picking up the key he's going to take the spare next week on night shift, I'll take him to work and he'll pick the car up in the middle of the night. What is she doing this time? Hope the kids were ok last night.

We went out too last night and after very few sleeps during the day (well there's too much to look at in town) madam Dargon REFUSED to go o sleep. She was up until 11, but was so tired she managed to go to sleep in the very bumpy, noisy EH. Had an average night but she was so tired she only fed from one side and refused the other as she wanted to sleep. So that meant she was awake at some stupid hour and got her sleeps mixed up.....she's just woken again after only 20 minutes.....here we go again. This has to get better sooon.

Picked up my urine collection bottles - OMG they're huge! LOL Turns out I've got 3x24hrs ones instead. Won't be going out much the next 3 days LOL.

Kim - yes it is the same SIL, but the problems were mine not hers. With my PND I was unable to 'think outside the square' and put myself in anyone else's shoes. I was also blowing things way out of proportion. Now that I am on meds (and stronger ones), I realise that now.
Now that I am being more empathetic things are going better for me, and for other people in general.
I am still having my bad days, and lots of them, but with the treatment I am getting things will hopefully eventually improve.

RE work, yep its my old job in town. It would mean dropping Katy off at 6ish and picking her up at 6pm. On days when Mark is working an early or late she could be dropped of / picked up later, so it would not be every night.

Aww I have so much to catch up on!!

Nat: Does Em go ok with the floaties? I have floaties for Jayden but I didn’t have them blown up enough and they just fell off him. I use a seat for him now so he kicks his legs in that or I just hold him and encourage him to use arms and legs. Have you dunked Em yet? I watched most of Tripping Over…..MMM Daniel MacPherson MMM hehehe. DP was just saying last night we need to get a highchair for Jayden….don’t know why seen as he isn’t on solids yet LOL (I think he just wants Jayden to sit at the table with us while we have dinner LOL) I agree with us sharing our bubs milestones…..compared to other forums I know (and heard of) we are the least b****y….so get as soppy as you want cause we’d be lost without you too!! Mango shocks me too being on the list, I thought it would be too rich

Jemima: How is Jesse going? I hope he gets better soon! I don’t give Jayden top up feeds….actually I rarely ever did, there was only a couple of times that I did and he woke up too much and thought it was play time so I stopped doing it. Jayden now has his last bottle at around 8.30pm and asleep by 9pm then usually wakes again about 6.30am and I BF him. I can’t remember if you have said already but are you BF’ing or FF’ing Jesse? My supply has dropped dramatically now but before that I noticed he wasn’t sleeping through but as much as I didn’t want to admit at the time as soon as I gave Jayden a bottle he started sleeping through again.

Beck: Any sign of AF yet? How is Jovi going in her cot? Is she sleeping the whole night in there?

Kim: I was talking to my CHN about solids and she said to introduce one food at a time and I am pretty sure she said leave it a week before trying anything else in case of allergies (so you know what causes the allergies). Congrats to Cam on his weight loss! LOL @ ringing your Mum hehe. I thought about joining ABA but too late now haha I thought the same thing thought that they would be more of a cult LOL. Darcy isn’t the only food virgin…..Jayden is too. SIL#3 gave Jayden an arrowroot biscuit last night….I got it off him before he had any..but I was so angry at her as she knows I don’t want him having anything just yet and she continued to give it to him about 4 or 5 times!! Does Darcy sleep in her own room or in yours?

Vic: Adam sleeps fantastic!! Not sure about the 5am wake up but still he sleeps so much! Before I had Jayden I thought I would hate being a SAHM that’s why I told work I’d take 6mths leave……I really surprised myself how much I enjoyed it…I thought I would be bored LOL…..not even close!

Shazz: OMG at having rheumatiod arthritis! I hope things go well at the specialist

Sara: How did your Nan’s 70th go? I know the family had already seen her but was the party still a surprise for her? I hope you get some photos of you and Briley in your new dresses!

Leanne: Don’t feel guilty about wanting to go back to work or putting Katy in CC. Can you put her in family day care? Jayden is in FDC but its my SIL that does it so I know he is in good hands….. She will probably love day care anyway, being around other kids. Has she settled down for you? I don’t know what PND is like either but can you try doing yoga or meditation or something to relax your mind? Just a thought

Sheree: Big to you hun!! I really hope everything goes ok!!

Still looking around for the ornaments……the Big W ones I have figured out what I didn’t like about them….they don’t have the year on them….They had a blue santa hat with baby’s first xmas but Jayden’s head was too big for it LOL. We got a learning puppy from Kmart sent up from Melb as we couldn’t get it up here….Jayden is already playing with it….I was meant to be putting it away for xmas!!

I have been busy with work this week….Although I finish at 2pm I didn’t pick Jayden up from day care until 3.45pm on Thurs….I was going to have a sleep but ended up going to a friends place for a while.

A few of you have been talking about the car seats being turned around….Jayden is still quite happy with the seat backwards…he’ll only cry if he is hungry really. Is there a safety issue in turning the seat around too early? Or is it just they need to have good head control?

Well that’s it from me I think…might be back later

Hope you all had a great weekend
