Of course I will! it's right next to the police station. THat's very exciting about Jess though. I'd love to be a runner...there's no better feeling (shame about the extra 20kgs).
Had to laugh Shazz, I've been putting stuff off for the last few days....actually got off my bum today.

The Dragon hasn't wanted a day sleep the last couple of days - erck and she'a a feral - a very naughty and quick minded feral too - she thinks she's hilarious.

kim - i just cannot believe how similar Archie and Darcy seem to be! Where exactly do you live?? I so much wish i could be closer to you, but imagine what our ferals would get up to together!! LOL at the sultana up the nose.

christine - woohoo at Jess being a champ cross country runner, hope the move goes as smoothly as possible for you

Just got back from Victoria, went there overnight. Was fun to catch up with friends and family, have a sore throat from singing to singstar til 2am though!

Ohhh I got shunted off the email notifications, how nieve for me to think no-one had been posting LOL!

Well just had my midwife appt and bubs is fully engaged, she said there is no way of moving him now! Even though he may not come naturally and I have a caesar booked (ie: if he came early I was going to try natural birth), it is really nice to know that I don't just have breach babies. Yay I finally have a good bubba doing all the right things!!! It feels so good that if he was to come early, I could have a chance at natural as this will be my last opportunity, as if I have a ceasar this time there is no way they will let me try natural next time.

I am really chuffed atm...... I guess lachlan was a such a hard pregnancy and baby that I really feel like I need a break! This pregnancy really has been such a breeze compared to his.

    Yayyyyy again.........

I kinda knew he had engaged, I feel like I have ridden a horse lately, just so sore down there on the underside!

I would be proud too Christine - well done Jess. I was a cross country runner and a sprinter/long and triple jumper at State Level. You wouldn't think it, looking at the size of me now. When I say anything to Wade about it, he laughs at me all the time. I even ran with Cathy Freeman at one stage. Both my sister and I were the runners (the youngest one). Nik the middle one was not athletic at all.

Well my middle sister Mel - just got engaged in New York (while on holidays) of all places. Lucky girl. They have been together for a year and Wade and I are going on 7 years and still no proposal.... He always says good things come to those who wait! Been sayin it for a long time I might add! Funny thing is, he does things differently, so whats a bet I am laying on the operating table and he asks me lol!

    Elissa that sounds like fun.

Kim - what a bugger about Darcy and no sleep, I would be fretting if Lachlan started to do that to me now at this stage of the game.

In the shower Elissa! LOL...... My DH proposed on the beach at 6am. All I was interested in was keeping moving to try ad get fit, all he was interested in was keeping me still so he could literally 'shove' the ring on my finger.

    LOL
SH#$, better get in the shower.
    Running late.

My DH proposed on a wharf looking out into the bay after a nice dinner. (He can be romantic when the mood takes him)
My friends DH had her proposal all planned- they had a nice dinner out then on the walk back to her place he was going to ask her outside this old stone church in The Rocks. Unfortunately she got gastro from the food and practically ran home so he proposed outside the toilet door LOL

leanne - LOL at your proposal, your po DH trying to find the right moment

christine - wow you got a very romantic proposal. LOL at your poor friends proposal though!

My aunty found out yesterday taht she is 6.5 weeks preggers with her 3rd. She has 2 boys 6 and 3 and wasn't planing any more kids, so they are a bit shocked but very excited. I am just pleased that i have someone to give all my baby stuff to when we move, they got rid of all their stuff just a few months ago.

Mine proposed in a pink teacup on the Mad Hatters Ride at Disneyland (I have a collection of teapots and he raced all the six year olds to get the hot pink one - my favourite colour). That was after he approached my mum and dad and told them he had to ask them something....my mum said, 'love if you need money - we haven't got any" and then, "Oh thank God, you can take all her $h1t with her too!" lol.

    I am loving these stories....

    Keep 'em coming.

I have had a rotten couple of days at work, then coming home to a terror that won't settle. She probably feels my pain!!
Then this study is full on. Am learning heaps tho. At the moment it is all about children's physical and emotional needs. Far out. It's deeper than I thought.....

    nite all.

    Wink

Wanted to be the 1st to say Woo Hoo
    ... " HAPPY 29th BIRTHDAY TANIA "

... Last one in your 20's you lucky thing ... and don't whinge to me about the 30's coming as I'm still trying to deal with my 40's, LOL

Your 20's are your FUN years, ... so lap it up big time !!!

... Exciting news for your Sis Sherrie , ... The only memories I have of New York was a crazy Yanky family I stayed with one night there ... yep, they got me all worked up about this great breakfast they were going to make me the next morn, to my waking up in the morning to two dozen 'dunkin donuts' & 4 litres of OJ. Still reckon those donuts are just the best, better than those Krispy Cremes

Hey, girl's I'm NOT married BUT I've been engaged "3" times does that count ??? LOL !! Well, two I just couldn't go thru with I guess having parents with the worst marriage & nearly every friend of mine that got married in their 20's is onto their 2nd marriages now - Yeh, doesn't help Besides I would have to pay for my own damn Wedding ... & I just couldn't do it on the cheap, ... That's just me

To be honest I just don't get marriage ?? I just don't know why I don't get it. I think now especially after having my daughter nothing could be more powerful & exploding in the most amazing emotions attached to the experience of having her !! Marriage now just doesn't feel that important BUT then I don't think it ever did to me.

Between us girl's, I truely think I'm going thru some mid life crisis since hitting my 40's. You know when you hear the stories of mid 40's men going out & buying sports cars, etc ... Well, yeh I kinda feel like that. Sh*t,it must be trying to hang onto the last bit of youth you have. I knew I was meant to be a man, HA !!

Anyway, I told DP I'd have a go at it one day (marriage that is)... and joking said just tell me where & when & I will rock up with a frock on.

OMG, I'm so tired ... Nite Nite, I better go to bed ... bye all xox

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TANIA!!!!!!

kim - what a thoughtful proposal! LOL at your parents, thats hilarious

leanne - ah that sux that work is cr@ppy atm, Katy is prob picking up on your emotions, they are clever little devils.

lorelle - sorry about the mid life crisis, i fell like i am having 1 too and im only 25! LOL about getting married, i totally think it is overrated, the only reason i got married was so that our child would have the same surname as both parents. If i could erase my wedding (and get the cash back!) i would.

Just been to the Salvos, shopped up a storm, got a few tops for me and pants for Arch, got some bowls and mugs too, love finding bargains!

Thanks Lorelle & Elissa! Lorelle....how did you know so early it was my bday?
A friend of mine dropped in this morning with a pressie for me....1 kg box of roses chocolates!!!! i have been pigging out on them all day then work got me a Marble Mudcake from the Cheeesecake Shop. Chris and Jayden got me a Spa Pedicure, now I just have to get him to look after Jayden while I get it done! haha We are having family over for cake tonight (maybe a caramel mudcake).

I haven't been around nearly as much as I'd like to, but I am keeping up with the posts its just that by the time I have read through it I don't have time to post myself. I love all the proposal stories, nothing exciting about how Chris proposed to me (both times) although the second time I was actually breaking up with him then he asked me and assumed I said yes then thought about things for a few days then said yes.....nothing has come of it yet and that was years ago now (not really sure how long haha). A wedding would be nice but I can't justify the money I would spend on it for just one day, I'd sooner put that money on the house or into my kids bank account......or a shopping spree for me .

Baby is giving me a little grief lately, I'm finding it very difficult to breath and even felt quite dizzy yesterday, I haven't had it checked out I guess the baby is just in the wrong spot....I just don't remember it happening for as long with Jayden. I've been getting a bit of cramping last night and today too but I think maybe bubs has turned and is starting to engage?? I have an appt on Monday so I will get it all checked out then. I am starting to get very anxious now as I am getting almost desperate to know if its a boy or girl.

Christine: Good luck to Jess! I hope she went well today, I'd be proud too! Good luck with the move tomorrow too, are you trying to get it all done this weekend?

Kim: Jayden is starting to get out of the day sleeps too (not sure if I have mentioned it before). He has had less day sleeps in the last 2 weeks than he has had sleeps and he is turning feral...I hate to talk about him that way but there is no other word for it haha.

Leanne: Hope the study is going ok, it is very involved...I remember when I was doing my cert III....didn't finish it though.

Elissa: Well done on the bargins!

Happy Birthday Tania! Yumm at the chockies. I feel like some - perhaps a little trip down to woollies is in order!

The study is killing me already. Might take a bit to get used to.
Have been reading up on emotional needs today. Far out
So tonight Katy is chucking a tanty and I say to her ' now I know you have emotional needs, but no need to get emotional'.....

Anyway another crappy day at work so I am into the vino.
Doesn't taste the best (el cheapo bottle), but it is calming me a bit.

tania - oh you tease, i have had the biggest chocolate cravings today, and not a bit of choc in the house! Glad you are getting spoilt for your birthday, you deserve it. I knew it was your birthday cause of Facebook. Hope the bub moves and gives your lungs a break. I would be going completely crazy if i didn't know the sex! We wished that we had of gone overseas instead of having a wedding, such a waste of money we thought.

leanne - Hope you enjoyed the effects of the cheap wine (haven't got a 3 day growth i hope!). LOL at waht you said to Katy in the middle of her tanty, how very calm and collected of you he he.

Just got back from playgroup. It was special friend day, Archie took Poppy along, they had a ball together. Still freezing my ass off, hoping the gas doc will be able to come here this arvo, otherwise we might start getting frostbite! And to make matters worse, i have the hugest chocolate cravings (almost that time of the month) and the only chocolate in the houseis icecream, of course im going to have to have some, so i will be even colder
