Im too scared to even try a Santa visit!!
Do they still do them AFTER xmas day? The lines are so huge atm.... I can't stand for too long.
We started mason at swimming lessons and he was so scared. Poor lil mite. Lets hope he gets better! And good on DH for taking him and giving me a rest ;)
Mason finally got his last eye tooth! So a full set of teeth here THANK GOD!
He is also sleeping really well at night now.
He has to go in his own room soon and I am so scared about letting him go. I don't know how IM gunna do it:(:(:(
Im feeling ok now.Getting very big very quickly though. Have our scan on 9th Jan or 12th Jan and hoping we can find out the sex. Im pretty sure I'll have another one two weeks later and hoping that can confirm sex too.
Dunno if we will tell people this time or not??:p

There are so many wonderful new little souls in this world since we had our first bubbas, and so much new little souls that are still growing and yet to be introduced into the world! That's SO exciting!!!

Eeeek sounds like not many santa photos will be happening this year! We are another casualty lol! Ellie was all excited to go and see Santa but once we got there she cried and said he was 'naughty' lol! Oh well, maybe next year?

Just popping in to say hello and that I am reading but too tired for personals right now - am having a bit of a tough time with my 2 treasures - lets just say 2 under 2 is interesting! :p Isabelle is just into everything and I just feel like I can't keep up and have any time to myself. James is a treasure - sleeping 10-12 hours a night. :) Thank god if I was sleep deprived as well I think I would run away....with the kids of course! Love you all! Chat soon. xoxo
I don't know what it is at the moment by my Izzy is driving me completely nuts. EVERYTHING she knows she shouldn't do, shouldn't open, shouldn't touch - that's what she's going for. And doing it all while turning to me with the cheekiest smile on her face. Little maggot knows she's doing the wrong thing. Just as well she's so damn cute!
Elena is just out of control - standing completely unassisted for a couple of seconds now, furniture walking with ease, pulling herself up on the sofa. Unfortunately she is still only doing these things for a few minutes at a time before she becomes a clinging limpet again. She is such a mummy's girl its unbelievable. Very exhausting so I hope she grows out of it soon.
Nearly finished my Christmas shopping. Just so long as I don't go near Pumpkin Patch again . . .

Lulu I think its the age because my Elena is testing her boundaries too. She is doing everything which she knows she isn't allowed to do and then has the cheek to tell me that her elmo teddy did it! She pulled the decorations off our tree, threw a pair of my socks into the toilet and unravelled the whole toilet paper roll. When I ask her why she did it she says 'no mummy elmo did' lol! I have to try not to laugh but its so dam hard to tell her off when she is being so cute! DH has banned me from pumpkin patch.........but he didn't say anything about pumpkin patch online he he he.

Lulu we are thinking we same for both Danni and me. I think I'm going to be just like you and have two princesses and Danni is going to have two princes. Sarah is having a boy though. She found out.

Can I please get a girl :lol: Definitly a penis on the scan I had the other week. I had to have a scan because my midwife was measuring my fundal height and was getting less and less growth each week until it was 5 weeks behind. Well I had the scan and he was just below the 50th percentile so average size! I feel like a beached whale these days and I am in super agony, my reflux is so bad I vomit in my sleep even with the prescription and a couple of mylanta before bed. It's hard to believe I still have 4 weeks left at least!!!!
I have been reading but it is so hard to keep up with posting when you feel this crap.
It is funny hearing everyones santa photo adventures, we are attempting ours today so that should be fun, I am expecting one that is all screams too, I can't wait, I hope they let me pick which one I want :lol:
5 more days until Christmas and I bet everyone is getting spoiled, how great is it that our little ones are old enough to pick up on the magic of it all? I can't wait, I will have camera and video camera going to capture it all.
Well that is about all I can manage today, have to get ready for the photo :lol:

Good luck with your Santa photos Sarah. I hope you had more luck than I did. FWIW, I was really disappointed when I found out Elena was a girl - I really wanted one of each - but now that she's here I really couldn't be happier, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way once your new little prince is here. And hey, it gives me a really good excuse to buy a ridiculous amount of clothes for Izzy because I can tell DH that Elena will wear them too!!
Oh I am not too disapointed, I know I have plans for a few more bubs yet so surely I will get my girl and if not I will when my princes get married :lol:

Hiya all - just a quickie from me as I should be working! I finished all my christmas shopping over the weekend (woo hoo!) and I'm quite proud of myself for not going overboard. I set a price limit per person and didn't go over it at all - should be interesting on Christmas day with my IL's as they are very present orientated and there will probably be some comments made about the value of presents etc. Anyway I just don't care anymore - we have spent a fortune this year with moving and we don't have money to burn on them lol!

Iz & El got soooooo spoilt. Elena really didn't get it at all - wasn't even interested in the paper - but OMG Izzy is a present monster! She opened absolutely everything she could get her hands on, no matter whose it was.
It was a huge day yesterday. Today the girls both went down at about 11am so DH and I went for a snooze (well, you know!!). He got up at about midday when Ellie stirred. I got up at 2.45 pm (soo nice) to find that El hadn't actually woken up properly until 2.30 pm, and Iz hadn't woken up until 2pm so DH had a lovely time in the peace and quiet enjoying the cricket. They were so exhausted after the excitement yesterday. Hoping for a nice early night tonight too.

Sounds like everyone had a great Christmas and all the tots got spoilt as predicted!
We have had a few very busy days so today we are doing a Lulu and sleeping and generally taking it easy!

My BIL and SIL had their baby today in Canada, Thomas Ronald!:dance:(Ronald from Al's pa who died this year.) Can't wait to meet him in a few months time!! We are looking at flights for DH to possbly go visit in the next week or so - lucky duck, there is no way would travel with Izzy right now!!
I got my cloth nappy stash yesterday - poor Izzy got a rash from the BG so will go slow with her but I am pretty sure I will go full time cloth with James! The Cushies are lovely too! Mmmm so many to choose from and if DH goes to Canada I can bribe with a nappy budget! :rofl:

I'm with you on not doing the trip with Izzy though - a flight to Sydney was enough to show me that there is no way I want to be on a plane for any length of time for at least a couple of years. Glad you're enjoying the nappies with James but poor Iz. I'm still concerned that it was the MCNs that gave my Izzy her rash initially - maybe they needed to be stripwashed or something and there was a detergent build up?? Dunno. Something to bear in mind though. I saw your other post about your wish list. I have a wildchild that I won't use on Ellie if you're interested in a second hand one - I bought it off Lee:) but have never used it. I also have a yellow berry plush and a pea pod if you want to give them a whirl.
We're doing nothing tonight - doubt we'll even be awake at NY, although Madam Ellie seems to be having a very definite 11.30 pm feed. Have a good one everyone and stay nice and safe.

So exciting here. We have bought Livvy her big girl bed today. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered the same day so the poor little bugger doesn't haven it as we have no linens, donna or even a mattress. I was expecting a 6 week delivery. Looks like more shopping for us to more. What a shame, LOL!!

How exciting Dan. Happy linen shopping. Is Olivia taking an interest in her new bed or looking at pretty linen? I can't wait to do all that for Izzy but TBH, I'm a bit worried about putting her into a big girl bed. She knows how to open doors and takes great delight in barging her way through the semi open door of Elena's room to go racing up to the cot and bashing on the cot railings screaming "Ehhey, Ehhey", and then looking at me so proud of herself that she found her little sister - who is frequently fast asleep until all this happens :rolleyes:

Hi All. I am fairly new to BB and I have been mainly posting in the TTC group, but got curious and thought I would look around at baby buddies groups. My DD was born 15 May 2007 so I assume this is the right group to join. Thought I would introduce myself - I am 27, have been married to my DH for 8 years now, have 2 children DD 19 months and DS 7 months. We are TTC #3 and we live in Townsville. I am a stay at home mum but before babies I was a behaviour management teacher. I will go back to some sort of a career one day, but at the moment love what I am doing.
I hope you don't mind me joining in and look forward to getting to know all of you.
