Dan - you poor thing. Your move sounds like a nightmare. I hope little Olivia starts sleeping at nights for you very soon so you can catch up on sleep. And maybe when you get a visitor you should give them a cup of coffee, a couple of boxes to unpack and then leave them to it and go for a nap!

Much better that you do have your breakdown with the MCHN though - although doesn't sound like she gave you anything positive - why can't people understand they need to soften what they say?!
