Ashlee - so sorry to hear Blake's not been well. It doesn't seem fair that one baby seems to cop so much icky stuff. Hope he's better soon and your paed gives him a bit tick of health for everything else. And hopefully he'll be back to sleeping in his own bed and back to those lovely long night sleeps for you. Great news though that your nurse thinks he's so strong -must be very reassuring. Very cute Tigger too!! Do you just hang it from the door frame?
Tan - Good luck getting longer sleeps out of Izzy in the afternoon. I admire anyone who can get their babies to do anything that they want them to do - my Izzy does whatever she pleases!! I think she gets her stubborn streak from her mummy . . .
Dan - sounds like you're having a great time with Olivia. Isn't it incredible how much time you can spend crawling around on the flooor with them and not being bored - I never would have believed I could enjoy doing "nothing" so much.
Danni - only two sleeps to go!! Looking forward to meeting you and Mason. I hope you have a good flight over. And then Brisbane? Wow. Mason is going to be the most travelled little bubby.
Sarah - your website is starting to look great. You've very creative. Must have felt strange giving Noah "real" food. My GP commented the other day about introducing Izzy to solids in another few weeks and part of me said "nooooooooooooooooooooo". I want my little girl to stay little. They all seem to be growing so fast.
Well, nothing new to report here with my girl. Izzy is still in that incredibly brilliant sleep pattern and I'm just loving it. I was really tired yesterday so when she went down for a sleep, I went back to bed and slept for three hours. Soooooo nice. She is feeding really well from the formula now and is putting on weight much more quickly - she was 5.5 kgs on Friday which was right on average for her age but was only 57 cms, which was a tad on the shorter side. Nothing to worry about, but I hope she's not going to suffer from her mummy's "duck leg disease".
My SIL is being (has been I guess) induced today so we're all waiting by the phone for news of a new niece or nephew. She already has two boys but wants another one. I'm torn as to what she'll have - I think she's going to have a girl, but I want her to have a boy, not only because that's what she wants but because I want Izzy to keep her special place in the family of being the only little girl!
