I dont know how i can keep this up for the next 5weeks. What if it goes on longer!? arghhh
Blanche - We love the nose sucker too. Ella tries to do it by herself it hilarious.
Kim - How are the girls now? Hopefully all this rest they are having will mean faster recovery.
Jols - How are you feeling these days? No more MS? Hope sophie's thumb gets better. The squeezing would make my stomach turn.

Ann the girls are not good....hoping the sleep helps a bit...Jas is worse then Chelsea, so she is drugged on Nurofen and Dimetap!
god i dont even have morning sickness and all this talk of snot and pus, squeezing and sucking has made my stomache turn!!
just about all packed now for our trek. that's what it feels like, a trek! I'm sure it will be great once we actually get there.
As there is a golden wedding anniversary being celebrated while we are there, there is a big party happening, and Laura has asked be flower girl as they do the proxy wedding. I cant wait to tell her when she gets home.
That would be nice for Laura, she's such a lovely girl.

Ann :hug: I don't know if I could do twins, with Matilda I lost 7kg in the first trimester, only putting on 3kg for the whole pregnancy!!! They do have drugs etc, I heard acupuncture can help too, as well as magnetic bracelets? I didn't have any luck with the whole ginger thing.

Ann - i just told my GP that i was really struggling and he said it's fine to take something, it was just maxolon which i found just took the edge off
Eww sorry i had to skip the snotty bits - i have heard you can squirt breast milk up to help
i have maxalon too, the magnetic bands work well, i use them in the arvo!!

Yep she's okay, a matching egg to her sister....she was on a car & fell off sideways on the concrete.
She's dancing atm with flannelette pj's on with a dress up princess dress over them LOL

Well Chelsea seems better but nose running liek a tap...Jasmine is all green snotty and sculling bottles...so still has appetite!
yes actually, i used the magnetic bands too. i dont really believe in them, myself, but hey! even if it's a placebo thing - whatever you need to make you feel better then do it

im soooo tired i could cry :( didnt sleep well again worrying about the inlaw *****, they havnet spoken to us in 2 weeks now, scared there going to do to me what they did to MIL's brother, not talk to him again after a dissagreement, i see a pattern emerging!! they crack it so cut loved ones out if there lives, DH still maintains i have nothing to worry about and im reading too much into it but ***** im the one on the outer!

i dont understand how ppl can cut others especially family out of their lives over things like that... life is too short sometimes for that imo. hope things get better hun :hug:

yep the chemist they were around $18 i use them in the arvo when i feel worse!

Thats ridiculous Jols - whats wrong with people?! I think though, for your own peace of mind, you should try calling your MIL, just be the bigger person and tell her whats upsetting you etc. Then at least you would have done everything you can and the balls in their court so to speak.
yes BTW i'm still here, please dont talk to me about it (thats just what i say when i sulk, i dont mean it really lol). My heartburn is now so bad it's making my throat bleed. i can't sleep, eat or drink :(

Kim- i sent DH down to maccas for some relief-thickshake style and the machines were broken!!!! so i settled on my prescribed drugs - at least they worked :(
early labour signs again tonight, back ache and groin stabs now so myabe not too far away...lets see if i'm still around tomorrow
Christy and AJP - what is your rule of thumb for knowing HOW MUCH puree to put in your recipes.:
Like if the recipe says "one cup of sugar" for muffins for eg, do you both think "oh, my substitute is X amount of puree??? is that how you work it out?
I would love to see your recipes anytime.

Kim - i'm spitting chips i didn't get extra spouts now, i didn't understand they fitted on other bottles too. Bilby has been poking STRAWS thru the top of her Kala cup and DISABLING the valve thing - so dh has to muck around to make it alright again - little monkey!!!

DH has been back three nights (incl tonight) -feels like a long time. Our communciation is really bad - if i had somewhere to move to, i would be gone. Me, who always swore i would never put my child thru the family breakup scenario.
Ann - sorry to hear you are feeling so crook, i had that for four months straight, like housebound - it totally sucks. I think if you are going thru it, and being mummy to Ella as well, i agree with the others, ask your gp for help.

Christy - thanks for telling me about Matilda taking years to be affectionate - that gives me some hope to hold out for - although she won't be seeing me cuddle another baby - we're not having another. She does get very jealous and territorial over me, at childcare, when other little kids come up to me (i stay there for an hour trying to settle bilby).
Our new CC starts this week (Wed and Frid from now on). SHe's had two orientation visits there, which went really well. It's smaller, less kids, community run and homey. THere is a couch, much higher % of qualified workers, it feels inclusive, it's not so clinical and production line feeling, music is played during the day, bilby doesn't run crying and hysterical to me, when i come to pick her up. i think she's happier there.

Gigi....yup extra spouts are damn handy!! Hope Bilby goes ok at her new centre, sounds so much better :)

We have had a few crap days, super crap and I've been so cranky with DH because he is at work which I see as the easier of the two jobs atm. I told him when the kids are at school I'll stay part time to make up for all the work from when I've been home with them.
Count me in for the crapy days too.
Ella's been waking up a few times a night and wont settle for daddy. She screams for mummy and I fall asleep on the chair next to her only to wake up freezing. I must remember to put my robe onn.
THe MS is so much worse. I chuck every day at the same time. 8am. So i'm running late for work. I had to tell work coz I'm running late all the time and I'm also showing in a MAJOR way. Cant believe how I've popped out.
