Aston usually has 3 sleeps during the day, the first or second one being the biggest. Most of the time though they are about 45mins - hour and half. He is up about 2 hours now, before he starts to get grizzly and want to go back to bed. He starts the day about 5- 6, which means I'm usually shattered by 8, when he is going down for a snooze for the first time.
