Hi lovely ladies!

Keira - I think we all have our lurky times - it's always nice to see what everyone else is up to but often I have no time to post! Wow, little Mia is so cute, and I can't believe she went 8 days without a poo! You kinda wonder where they fit it all, don't you! Euan is pretty much consistently on one biggun every two days now. They always happen to coincide with his dad being absent (at work, etc), so lucky DP hasn't had to change a scary poo nappy yet. His luck will change...

Hoody - How are you feeling hun? You have been in the wars the last couple of weeks - what with gastro, DD1's asthma, Miss Molly being unsettled - I hope it's getting easier for you but guess by your absence that you're still having a rough time. Thinking of you! Euan does the same thing with sleep - he'll have a really good night, then an average night, then two shocking nights combined with awful days, then be so exhausted that he'll sleep all day and all night, then do it all over again. He's been pretty good though the last couple of days / nights, so we'll see how we go. But it's the same thing, he just fights sleep so much at times, then other times he will just fall asleep at the drop of a hat. I had him out in the sling today, and I was trying on a dress, so I had him out of the sling and on a cushion in the change room with me, and then back in the sling, then in and out of the car without even waking. But other times he just will not sleep all day!!!

Willow - glad to hear that your week has been better, that you are making progress with your psychologist, and that you had a good time in Adelaide. Yes, it is hard work getting bubbas out and about (haven't attempted interstate yet!), but gee doesn't it give you a sense of achievement! After being petrified to go out of the house with him for ages, now I am quite good with it, and go a little nuts if I don't get out! Also, I know what you mean about people's expectations of what a baby should do, it can be a little annoying. One baby might sleep through the night, but will be incredibly difficult to settle, or won't sleep during the day (like mine). Another will wake every couple of hours for feeds, but settle really easily in between. Another will do something else entirely. Babies are hard work no matter what they do and how often they sleep!

Dragonbub - wow, teething so young. I've often wondered that with Euan - but only because he drools so much. We end up completely covered in baby slobber. And ditto on the 1 sleep cycle only day sleeps. He's a little better the last couple of days, but there have been days where he literally will not sleep all day! It is so exhausting - for both of us! (I've just put him down for the second time in 20 minutes - went down the first time, woke himself up farting, had a bit of a cry, settled, hopefully this time we will have luck...)

EJE - hope you finally had your poosplosion!
