hollye- I will be taking jman for his first lot of needles soon, am not looking forward to it! someone sent my dp a rather scary email about vaccinations and cos of that didnt want him to have them- we compromised, I said id wait till he was 6 months to get them:rolleyes:
ellaella and brigitte- welcome!! :D hope you find bellybelly to be as fantastic as I think it is!
ellaella- how early was your son born?
brigitte- my son was born the day after yours!
big hello to everyone else, sorry for so few persies but im supposed to be getting ready to go to playgroup, im only going for jacobs sake though, I think most of the girls there are a bit snobby, last week they basically ignored me and the girls from my mums group, (they are all in another one) but I guess you get that!
have a great day all,
xxx

STARRY - I so can't wait to get my Avy up either - its something ive actually dreamed of  - but question how do i go about getting it done?
we not ttc - but DH is under the belief that it will happen when it happens - im in no hurry for #2 just yet tho i cant wait to be pregnant again - i have so much i wannna do better next time round and i exspecially want to relax and enjoy it a bit more!
Dont u just dislike snobby people - seriously whats the go with it?
I take it Jacob loves his play group tho? which is good! ooooooh and needles - have u set the date for the big day yet?
-
hj1981 - thanks - 6 months goes so fast!
STARRYSKY - He was born just under 34 weeks. My waters broke at around 29 weeks and i was put on bed rest in hospital... should have relaxed more but hard to when they thought I may go in to labour at 29 weeks. I'm from the UK, Wales to be precise so just watched weeks of Eastenders (british soap) ha. Have no family here so it's been a little stressful as he was in hospital for about 5 weeks. All up I think I was in hospital for 10 or 11 weeks!!!. My folks arrive in June so am soooo chuffed, I am craving time out with Hubby and maybe a beer .. what a treat. ohh and hugs from them.
I'll need to go back through the threads to get the lowdown and get up to speed..
Nice to meet you all :-)
-
Just a quick one have to take Julian to the hospital for his physio check up soon, hopefully it will be alright and won't have to go again.
HJ yay for getting upgraded, just go into the platinum area and there is a thread in there about it. I'll PM you about the physic later, finally, lol.
Starry I feel so sorry that those women are so snobby, their loss tho.
Welcome Bridgette and Ella, so good to have new people in here to chat with :).
-
Hi everyone,
Welcome EllaElla and Bridge. Hope you enjoy BB, watch out it can be addictive!
I love Fridays now, end of the working week. The extra day this week has been pretty tiring but I am enjoying it as well. I am still missing Olive lots but she seems to be adjusting really well concidering her age and I feel it's a good compromise as I won't be going back full time anytime soon.
Olive and I had a pleasant supprise today, I thought she had her needles but it's actually monday, yeah. I really don't want to take her as I already feel bad leaving her to go to work.
How is everyone going with the solids?
Olive is having usually a piece of dried banana as a chewy thing through the day and a spelt rusk or 2 with avocado and of a night time organic baby porriage with another flavour. The last couple of nights it's been organic sweet corn and pumpkin which she loves. I have also switched Olive onto goats milk formula and she loves it. The soy was a bit clumpy and smelt awful! The goats is expensive but she is drinking much better so I don't mind.
MIL PMO again the other day. She came over to help out DH while I was at work cause she is on holidays and snuck food in her bag to feed Olive. DH told her what she was allowed to feed her after I was annoyed last time but she still went ahead and fed Olive banana, pineapple and avocado while DH was outside then said "oh i'm going to be in trouble." When I got home at lunch Olive spewed. The house also reaked as she had squirted straight domestos on the inside of the windows, wiped it all over and left it!
Do you think I am over reacting? would you be annoyed?
She did come over again last night with a lamb cassorole though which was lovely but I can't wait until she goes back to work cause i'm sick of her disrepecting my parenting. Anyone else got a MIL which annoys them?
Olive went from crawling position to sitting up on her own yesterday arvo and has been doing heaps of it so that is exciting and she seems so proud of herself and definatly less annoyed.
Anyway ladies, talk soon. xox
-
Just a quick one. Mia tried grapes today, loved them. And she tried cheese, not too fond of it but didnt hate it. Shes sitting up now and can sit up for about 10 mins before she falls over which doesnt bother her. Its been a big day with her today, im buggered. I dont know what has gotten into her :(
OM - oh yes, i would be very annoyed. She would have spewed coz by the sounds of it u are taking it nice and slow with her solids and it would have been way too much for her to handle. The goats formula is fantastic. What u can do tho.. is buy it in bulk. Talk to the manager where u buy it and ask if u can buy it in bulk. Instead of it costing $33 for a tin it will prob go down to about $25. Buying in bulk is 6 tins at a time.
-
OM - yep i would be extremly PO with my MIL is she did that - she put her finger in softdrink the other day and put that in Bianca's mouth - i was NOT impressed!
Also i get my forumula from the CHEMIST WHAREHOUSE and it is a couple of dollars cheaper so if u cant buy in bulk like Hollye suggested try that place!
also WOW on Olive sitting herself up - that is awesome!!! B has been trying but cant quite do it yet!
Hollye - u tried Mia on cheese?? oh my gosh i too scared to try B on anything with cow's milk in it yet! maybe i should just copy u and do it hehehe
Hope u have a much better day today!
-
morning!
hi OM- I dont think u are overreacting at all! my father is an ass when it comes to food, he keeps dipping his finger in things like melted choc or choc/van icing and giving it to jacob! not happy!!
as for the demestos, try telling her that a recent study has shown that use of household chemicals in the home, especially around babies has been proven to cause all sorts of problems, respiratory, allergies, skin problems, exema, asthma, and bleachy things like demestos are one of the worst! Silly woman! (her not you!)
I suppose im pretty lucky with my mil, she doesnt see us, and we dont see her! works out nicely....:p last time we saw her was xmas day. She couldnt care less....
we still havent tried jacob with the solids yet....still mulling it over for now.
Amandaj- well playgroup was different this week! there were more of us than them! sad it has to be that way but hey, we included them, cos we are nicer people!
jacob loves seeing all the other babies, they have discussions together, its too cute!
im a bit worried that he is gonna be a bully tho, last week he was on the mat with another little boy, his mum and i were having a chat and when we looked back jacob had the boys bib in his fist and was trying to roll away, the poor little boy was being strangled and trying to roll over the other way! attempted murder at 6mths!!!
then we had all the babies on the mats to take pics, jacob was next to a little girl who was asleep, so he reaches over and grabs her hand ohhhhh how cute we all say as he grabs her dummy out her mouth and pops in his own and she starts screaming!!
ella- my gosh, how scary for you, im glad everything worked out alright! i know eastenders! i used to watch it when i was a little girl, my mum liked it. bugger to have to be in hospy so long, 5 days and id had enough!! where are your parents coming from?
well, i think thats enuf for now, jman is hungry so id better go feed him, have a great day everyone.
lest we forget.......

Have a good weekend everyone!
-
HJ - i was told at her 6 month app that she can have cheese now. As its party digested the same as yogurt. But no cows milk till 12 months. Im not going to give her anymore cheese tho as it has made her quite constipated.
-
happy 7 months Jorda! wow thats flown by!
I want to get me and Mia in the mum n bubs swimming classes here.. but im abit unsure. I dont look good in normal clothes, let alone a swim suit lol.
-
Hi all, sounds like everyone is doing great. Hi to Bridgette and Ella, welcome to our friendly group.
Had to read heaps to catch up first lol will have to try harder to get on here more. Well Meara is 6mths today and OMG hasn't it gone quickly. I thought with her being my last that it might slow down a bit but noooooo although she still isn't sitting up or trying to crawl yet but is rolling everywhere to get where she wants : ) Meara has been started on some foods and loves her pureed pears and the fruit custard. I only give it to her in the afternoons and she looks forward to it.
I have had her up to the hospital a couple of times this week, she has slight asthma by the sounds of it. A dose of Redipred and some ventolin and it helps for a while.
Didi - have a great time in Melbourne celebrating your birthday and happy 7 months Jorda. I can't believe how fast the time has gone.
Take care everyone and I'll try to get on here a bit sooner lol
-
STARRSKY - They are coming from the west coast of Ireland. They moved there after we had all grown up from Wales. My Dads family are a huge Irish clan :-). I am soooo excited about them coming over... For next bub I think I will ask them over when it's due although I am petrified we will have another Premi baby..
I have a question - DS started solids at 5 and a bit months and so far he has had
Banana
Rice Cereal
Avocado
Sweet Potatoe
Pear
Apple
Pumpkin
My question is what next.. I heard carrott and brocoli come later!
Another question - DS is developmentally 4 and a bit months (by his corrected age) but physiologically he is a 6 month old. Thing is he doesn't roll, is getting closer to sitting, has no interest in other babies or soft toys for that matter. He is in to musical, electronic toys but everything we have is soft in some way!? I see from the threads that some 5 month olds are already taking toys etc... he has just discovered those things on the end of his arms are his hands (fingers are watched all the time). I may be worrying for no reason and I know it is all in there own time but i think i need reassurance.
:-)
-
hi ella, I wouldnt worry about your bub not rolling yet, from what ive read its pretty normal for premmie babies to take a while to catch up, my jacob baby has only just started rolling, was nowhere near it at 4 and a half months, he can sit for approx 3 secs before tumbling, dont worry, I always catch him!
I cant help with the solids q, we havent started yet, soon maybe, im sure the other girls can help you out tho.
hey kimb, not good about the asthma! I think jacob may have a little too, havent been too worried about it, but at night he starts to sound a bit wheezy and chesty, and he snores!
I have been asked to take him to the womens and childrens to participate in a study for snoring babies, but, dp is a bit suss about it, its pretty non inavsive, If you go thru with it, bub gets an ankle bracelet with a monitor on it for 1 week, the rest is all developmental interviews and reactions etc. I think it looks really interesting. but if dp doesnt want to do it then....oh well.
hope everyone else is having a good day, i am freezing my butt off here in adelaide, I hate the cold weather!!! give me summer any day, last year I had a little heater to keep me warm (being preggers!!!) but now im turning into an icecube!
xx
-
OK this cold feels much colder then Canada!!! brrrrrrrrrrrr
-
Sorry girls, can't comment with you on the cold - it's still 25 degrees plus here. Though it did get really cold at night last week when it dropped down to 14 degrees. ;)
Welcome Bridgette and Ella. How lucky are we to have 2 new girls at about the same time! :)
Ella - I can't comment on the premmie stuff (Liam was almost 2 weeks late), sounds like you've fed DS about the same things I've fed Liam. (I started him around 4 1/2 months, just coz it seemed right for him). At this stage, keep going with whatever can mush easily - carrots, zuccinni, brocolli etc. Keep it all well pureed ATM. In a month or so you can probably start making it with tiny lumps (eg, well mushed, not pureed) and can work onto mashed peas etc. I also regularly give Liam natural yoghurt with something else in it (Banana, avocado, pumkin, pear) which he loves, so maybe you could give that a go. Basically, keep it all well mashed until you think bub is ready to try something slightly lumpier. If bub doesn't like it like that, go back to the previous consistency and try again a few weeks later.
Have you talked the CHN or paed about the developmental side? Seems ok to me but at least a professional can pick up anything that might need to be looked at, at worst, or give you the reassurance you're after at best. Good luck with it.
HJ - congrats on going platinum!! (...do you get a photoframe with a cd for that??)
Liam is into EVERYTHING ATM. And with all these visitors he's so used to being the centre of attention. Can't WAIT for May when everything slows back down and we get our house back for more than 10 days in a month! :) He's sleeping a little better now with only 1 waking for the past few nights (although he didn't go down well at all last night - suspect his 2nd tooth is coming).
Anyway, really should run. Gonna take Liam for a walk to where DH & FIL are fishing.
-
Off to doc.. to see about getting a Mirena IUD!
-
1stbub - hahaha arnt u a funny girl!
Ella - we started off on rice cereal, than potato, pumpkin, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, next is corn
Bianca also has had apple, bananana, teething rusk, and arrowroot biscuits, oh and grapes.
didi - goodluck today -hope it dosent hurt too much!
My SIL, SIL is preg again - and she had her bub a few days before i had Bianca! as much as iwould love too i dont think i could be preg again so soon!!!
Hollye - pics????
Starry - how are u and Jman today?
Amanda - still waiting on that PM -hehehe
Kim - Big hello to u and Meara!
OM - how are u and Olive going?
Have i missed anyone if soo im very sorry
Ops hello Brigette and Andrew
-
Hey didi, my friend had the mirena inserted and now she is having it taken out again. She hasn't stopped bleeding since they put it in and it has been 8 weeks now. So please be aware that that is one of the side effects.
Talking of contraception, I had to have eldest DD fitted with the implanon implant this morning. Not happy about it but would rather her be safe than sorry (with her drinking when with friends).
Meara is still sick and the doc checked her out this morning as well and she is still wheezey. Have to keep up the redipred and the ventolin.
She had some apple and oatmeal last night and loved it. I'm not loving the biting of the boobie atm so am thinking about going fully bottle. She feeds better from the bottle anyway. Oh well see what happens.
Hi to everyone else, have a great day
-
Hi Girls,
Sorry I have been MIA for a while, my uncle died so it has been busy around here. I have just read all your posts but dont have time to do too many personals....sorry!!!
Welcome Bridgette and Ella, I look forward to getting to know you and your bubs!!!
Didi - Did you get the mirena put in? I had the implanon implant put in when Lara was 4 days old and basically bled constantly until I had it removed 5 wks ago & now havent bled since. I am waiting for AF to return but after bleeding for basically 5 months I am glad she hasnt returned just yet. Hope the mirena doesnt have the same side effects.
Lara turned 6 months yesterday but on Saturday I tried her on solids for the first time. She had rice cereal and I must say she didnt enjoy it very much. She dry reached and spat it out. I tried it again yesterday and today as well.
I've gotta go, Lara is crying and we have to have dinner. I will try and get back on later to finish personals if I have time.
-
Thanks girls.
The doctor mentioned all the things that can happe, as everything there is good and bad.. and some people get bad and others dont.. So we will see!!
Fingers crossed!
I have had friends have it put in and taken out 30 days later. And another that has had it in now for 5 years.
It seems like a great option for me at the moment.
-
HI everyone,
Olive had her 6mth needles today which went much better then her previous ones. Even though DH came cause he is sick I held her this thime and she seemed alot better. I hate it but after watching the Sunday Night program last night about the 4mth old who died from whooping cough, i'm happy that I made the decision to immunize. Hollye has Mia had hers yet?
How is everyone's bubs sleeping? Olive has been shocking. I can't remember the last time I slept for more than 4hrs at a time and last night I was only getting about 40mins as DH was sick as well. Olive has been coming into our bed after she wakes the first or second time so I got a bed rail yesterday so we can at least have a bit more room. After having a baby who slept through from 8wks it especially sucks and with work as well it tripely sucks!
Anyway other then that we are going pretty good. Olive loves to roll around and pull herself into the sitting position and it's very cute. She is drinking heaps and enjoying her food more and more.
EllaElla - Olive has tried apple, pear which she had a reaction to, baby porridge(rice millet oats) which is our staple and she loves, pumpkin, sweet potato, avocado on spelt rusks, banana, pineapple, dried banana, potato, pawpaw and I have yogurt for her to try tomorrow. I also brought some dried pineapple which I will try in a few days.
Just wondering, when can you stop sterilizing bottles?
-
Morning Everyone
My little Girl is 6mths old today - my gosh how fast does it go - i hope the next 6mths go longer - im in no hurry for the BIG 1!!!
-
hj- your avvie looks beautifull!! xx:D
-
Ya 6 months how fast!
I only ever sterlised once a week. My pediatrition said to me.. As soon as you sterilise you need to use the bottles right away within min.. as there are germs on everything in the air etc. So its pointless doing it all the time unless you use all the bottles right away.
So once a week is plenty and i wash them during the week with boiling water in the sink.. nothing exciting....
I had a root canal the other day.. mm doenst feel right..bugger
-
om- hi! I was told by the mchn and the hospital that the water in australia is clean (compared to some other countries) and that theres no reason at all to sterilise, except maybe in hot water (boiling) as didi said, unless you can autoclave the items and keep them in a vacuum (near impossible) its pointless anyway.
I just drop jmans dummies in boiling water probably 2x a day or if it goes on the floor.
jman has also started waking up 2-3 x a night again, and he wakes up SCREAMING! was a bit scary at first cos he has never been like that! he now sleeps in his cot next to my bed (like right next to me) but to tell u honestly he hasnt slept in the cot for the last 4 nights, he wakes up every time I put him in there and will scream if I dont put him in bed with us, If he is with us he will sleep all night.
except he didnt last night, I think cos the weathert is soooo cold he has upped his feeds again, was fed at midnight and 3am and 7am, he used to go from 9-10 to 8ish the next morning, but not anymore!
-
Hehehe thanks Starry and its all thanks to you!!! xoxo
OM - we sterilize the bottles every day after every use - those must admit sometimes i will just opt for rinsing them in hot water! getting a bit slack with it - but from what everyone is saying im thinking its not that important anymore anyway!
Starry - maybe its the cooler weather that is keeping Jman up - and maybe he likes the warmth comming from you!
didi - ooooooh i feel for you - when i use to be a dental assistant i saw many root canals done and they werent pretty -
-
Morning All,
Sorry havent been on in quite a while. Cant believe how busy I am, and if I sit on BB I never get anything done. As you all know BB is so addictive.
So for now have an update on V.
I had to take V to the hospital on Friday (was also my birthday) for observation for a couple of hours as Thurday night she started coughing but quite hard coughs, then Friday the wheezing started along with the coughs. Off I went to the DR's who advised me that V has Broncholitis and that since my pead wasnt available to take her to the hospital and let them monitor her JIC they may want to keep her in. They said there is nothing that you can do or give her, just keep up fluids and if any other problems arise such as changing colour in the face etc she would need to put on oxygen and if not eating properly need to have an IV. Thankfully they didnt need to do any of that to V and let her go home however they gave me some info to read. Now on top of the broncholitis V has a couple of teeth trying to make their way thru which is now turning her off her feed and is also abit constipated. Poor little thing. Ohh and they weighed V fully dressed and with a bit of a wet nappy at the hospital the other day and she was 5.2kg. So I am thinking that in her bare weight she would be about 5kg atm. Yet now that she is starting to turn off her feeds I am hoping she doesnt lose weight.
Kim - I hope Meara gets better soon. Not fun is it. hugs.
I am so looking forward to the tribe to be all back at school too.
I have been doing our nookwork too that desperately need to be done. hehehe.
Ohh and tomorrow is my 18th wedding aniversary. Cant believe I have been with my DH for that long, it seems to have just flown past.
-
csab.... you poor thing!! hang in there.
-
Hollye are we still doing the weight challenge??
-
hey girls,
Sorry i havent been around much, just been so busy. We have been away pretty much since saturday and got home about 10pm lastnight. DP had a funeral to go to of one of his mates.. a 17 year old that died last week. It was quite sad.
Ella - Mia nearly ended up being an Ella, i love that name :) As for his food, Mia had brocolli and carrot ages ago. Im kinda blessed with her, she will eat anything. She has spag bol lastnight and loved it. We are doing mainly BLS here, so the skys the limit pretty much on what we give her. Dont worry if he is not rolling or anything yet. Im sure there is nothing wrong with him. Give him time, he will.. And when he does im sure u will be like me and HJ who are going a little mad atm from our bubs being abit crazy and getting into everything.
didi - i know... hasnt it been freeeeeeeeeezing! brrrrrrrr isnt there snow in canada? which i would think would make it colder.. but i guess not. lol. List updated now, sorry. u are doing so well with ur weightloss! u are nearly at ur goal! will u be making another one after that one? Hows ben and Jorda? Is he a good big brother?
OM - i stopped sterilizing Mia's bottles about 4 weeks ago. I didnt see the point and my pead said to me that they put everything in their mouths anyway. They get scrubbed in hot soapy water at the end of the day and rinsed in boiling water. I do disinfect them about once a week and more of she is sick.
HJ - whoa sexy mumma! love that avi!
csab - long time no chat. Im sorry to hear about Olivia. 5 kgs is still so little :) as didi said, hang in there xoxooxoxo
hi to everyone else!
AFM - nothing new really.. spending way too much money on clothes for Mia atm. But its so cool now shes a little bigger, more of the cuter clothes fit. Shes in 00's atm. Some jackets are 0's tho. Um.. shes still sitting.. not really exciting anymore, she just sits there. SHe is gettting up on her hands and knees now but doesnt crawl too far before she commando crawls again. Um..... still havent taken her for her 6 month needles..
Well im off to get ready to go see my cousins GF's brand new bubba in hospital. Born 5 weeks early, weighing 5lb 5oz. So im sure she is just tiny. I really dont remember Mia being so tiny, but people inform me she was. lol
-
I too have been so busy, I've decided to put Julian in cloth nappies now and I got my first lot this morning they are so cute. He is rolling around heaps and he is sitting for only a few seconds and he is also trying to get up on his knees.
His physio appointment went well they just want to see him one more time in about a months time and then they said he should be able to be discharged.
Hope everyone is doing well will try and keep up.
-
I have just ordered my first lot of fluff- just had to share!!:dance::dance:
-
Morning Everyone!
I have a friend comming over with her bub today she is 4mths old and we are going to try and watch Marley and Me - should be interesting!
Hollye - thats sad about DP's mate! and i know what u mean about spending way too much money on clothes for our girls - Bianca has a better cupboard than i do - was hanging out at home with her the other day and with DH and i made a comment on dosent matter what we are doing for the day Bianca always looks better than me! she is so fashionable! She has 5 pairs of jeans and all different! i have 2 pairs (1 i dont fit into anymore) 1 of those pairs ive had for years!!!! maybe i should start updating my wardrobe! cant be out shined ALL the time by a 6mth old! hahaha - wish u were here is Brissy than we could go shopping together!
STARRY - nooooooooooooooooooooooo not you too!!! u will get hooked on that stuff! ive got a BB member comming over on Friday to show me her stack - i use Terry Flats during the day and sposies at night - but im thinking maybe trying a few Fluffy's for night time use?!
Amanda - wow thats great that all is going well with Julians physio! gotta be a bit of a relief for u!
Cheryl - awwww poor bubba V having broncholitous - that would of been a bit scary for u! how is she now? is she back into her feeds?
-
:D I cant wait for my fluffy mail!!! hj- I have ordered the trial pack of itti bittis, one of my friends from mothers group uses them and theyre so cute, then last night I ordered about four of the baby beehinds from charmalea on here, she has a really good special atm. cant wait! I am hoping though that they will help with jbabys nappy rash, I cant get rid of it! it comes and goes, I change him every hour, I was him with a flannel, pawpaw cream, curash (seems to take his skin off!) bepanthen, clonea (it does seem to be fungal sometimes) sudocream, etc, nothing really works, the gaia stuff that I have works okay, but he is always red.
I went and bought jbaby more clothes yesterday too, little camo pants and some tracksuits, more socks, he has got the biggest feet! cos its so cold here atm, I get worried he is not warm enough.
im going to mothers group again today, last week was our last week but as a group we decided to keep meeting and we are going to one of the girls houses, there is about four or five of us that have really clicked iykwim, so we meet up once a week and have coffee, we go to the library on tues mornings for baby hour (jbaby loves it!!) then go for coffee, mums group on wednesdays, then baby playgroup on fridays, then we go for coffee after that! jman (my dp) says we are living the latte lifestyle!! I dont care, it gets me out of the house and gives me some adults to talk to!
I also went and bought some more blackmores pregnancy and bf tablets, see if it will stop my hair falling out! Im scared I wont have any left soon.
-
Star are you loosing hair?? You poor thing..
HJ how is the duromine? and yup Jorda definitly has nicer clothes then me!! But not for long. Shopping in Canada in 9 weeks with 8000$ I CANT WAIT!
Ok so Fluff are cloth nappies? Has anyone heard of G diapers.. they are ment to be the best thing in nappies for bubbies.. in the USA was australian company that went there as they got too big.
Amanda... why is DS going to physio.. i think i missed soemthing.. Sorry!
CASB... 18 years well done!!!!! That is these days very rare!

-
yep didi, my hair began falling out after i first got af about 8 wks after jbaby was born, it seems to be getting thinner and thinner......
hj- are you on facebook?
-
Didi Julian had torticolls, which is basically he couldn't turn his head to the right and was always facing the left, we fixed that then he wasn't using his right hand and we've fixed that and then his left hand was a bit weak and now we are trying to fix that.
Starry I've been looking at the itti's let me know how they are, I also order some off charmlea. I also brought some of Arimeh, I got 2 green kids, 1 cushie tushie, 1 widdlewun, 1 pop in and 1 happy heiny. Just a thought on jbaby's red butt could be from teething, they get a slight red rashy bum from that.
HJ loving the avvie you hot thing
I got Julian's needles today, the last two nights he has been up every two hours....the dr said that it could be another tooth or even a bit of a sore tummy.
