It seems that the more I look at Caden, the more like a little boy he is becoming, and less like a bub. But then when feeding him at night he seems so tiny in my arms (not tiny teeth tho ).
Kaz - C certainly has days like that. I think sometimes he is just having one of those days, and other days I am sure it is teeth moving. He will be getting his molars next, but I think they are moving quite slowly and so far haven't caused nearly as much angst as the other 8. Fingers crossed for you that the teeth come through as painlessly as possible.
Becky - good luck with TT. I think boys are a bit trickier than girls? It is sometimes easier when they are bubs cos then you just monitor wee cues, but I guess they grow out of these as they get older and get more control. From what I have read it is best to simply wait until they are ready, then it is heaps easier. Hopefully it works next time.
Pish - it is sad, IKWYM. They are leaving their babyhood behind and becoming little people. I must admit though, I am enjoying C heaps more as an almost toddler. Like today he was using a bowl as a drum and was laughing his head off, then put it on his head and played peek-a-boo for a while. He is so clever and figures things out, it is amazing. I much prefer this interaction to the newborn crying/sleeping cycles. Although having said that, C was such an unsettled baby, that maybe the next one might be more of a pleasure
As for us, still party planning. Our theme is BLUE because it is a combo birthday. I have blue everything, and need to get Caden a sailor outfit for him to wear. I can't wait, it is a bit sad really how much I am looking forward to it - a sure sign I have no life!
