Hi ladies, Thought I'd check in to see how you are all doing! I'm sorry, I only read the last few pages - I haven't had much patients for the computer screen lately. I hope your all well!

Sorry to hear about the dummy Saffi, but I happen to agree with the other ladies - I'm sure he'll give it up in his own time! Ro still sucks her thumb to go to sleep and although I know alot of people frown upon it - I really don't mind. Maybe if she sucked her thumb more I would mind more, but I kind of see it as what she associates sleep with! We were at a BBQ last year and it was about Rochelle's bed time and one of the ladies actually told Rochelle she was a 'naughty girl' in a deep tone, for sucking her thumb whilst she side saddled my lap and nuzzled her head into my chest. I was actually quite offended - I don't think it's a naughty behavior at all! Maybe in a few years we'll put some of that 'no bite' paint on her thumb, but till then - meh!

Minimax - Rochelle has been toilet trained since a bit after Brooklyn was born, but I think it was a fluke because she picked it up straight away. I hear girls are a bit quicker than boys too. But I just wanted to mention that Ro goes to the toilet on her own, except for #2's. She just has a toilet step which she puts in front of the toilet herself and climbs up, then pulls down her 'knicker bockers' (as she likes to call them) and does the job. She is able to wipe herself for wee's and I do allow her to wipe for poos, but I just wipe again just incase she hasn't quite got it all as you can understand. She's been able to go by herself for awhile now and I think in the beginning we'd just go in with her and talk her through it (she was good at going to the toilet by that stage) whilst giving her heaps of praise and once she seemed confident enough, we just let her go by herself and I always just call out 'Do you need some help Ro?' as you do. Usually it's 'NOooooooooooo'! But she won't even let us stand in the toilet with her when she does #2's! It's quite embarrassing when your out and your 2 year old is telling you, 'go outside Mummy, I doing poos' - she won't poo with me in there with her. I have to stand outside the cubicle and hold the door shut! Meanwhile, do I EVER get privacy in the toilet? lol.

Congrats to the Mum's with the new bubs! I hope you guys are loving your new additions!! I'm so excited for our new addition, but I think I've enjoyed this pregnancy the most of them all.

I better finish here and have a nap whilst the girls are asleep and before we have to head out for immunizations. Hope everyone is very well!
