I'm picky, about the size of my yard, the colours in my house and of course price, and what possibilities I could have at the same price. Hey, to put a funny spin on the situation, if you can reach out your window and shake hands with your neighbour than consider backing away quickly, that's just way too neighbourly close and not enough yard.
