Kristie - How many houses did you look at before you looked at the 1 you wanted us to look at? You get gut feelings about places, I know I do even if I do rent. I'm picky, about the size of my yard, the colours in my house and of course price, and what possibilities I could have at the same price. Hey, to put a funny spin on the situation, if you can reach out your window and shake hands with your neighbour than consider backing away quickly, that's just way too neighbourly close and not enough yard.
Hey Melissa...yeah we looked at about 10 properties over the weekend - this definitely is the one that we kept referring to as our top pick...
The neighbours are close but it actually does have a lot of privacy...your blocked off from the road as the house is set back a bit behind some trees/bushes etc and then you've got your fences and I couldn't see any of the neighbours house etc....so definitely not an issue there...
For looking over the weekend it was definitely a quiet area thats for sure...We'd probably be the noisy ones that move in - LOL!
I'm convinced but Michael is still umming and aahhing - not just about that house but our whole move as well...I think he's just really worried about such a big purchase...We're going to be in a lot of debt and with me not working it all falls on his shoulders! He just doesn't want to make any mistakes which I respect...
The good thing is with the house needing a bit of a touch up the value will only go up - if it was already renovated it wouldn't be in our price range!
Had a lazy day today...kids were good...had a fun game of soccer down the hallway tonight until they decided to fight over the ball - LOL! Had roast for dinner which was good - we ate junk food all weekend so it was nice to have some veggies!

OK, so i will keep this short thanks to my busy day today,
It looks like our settlement is being brought forward a few days which is very exciting.... We are sooo ready to move! The people we are renting through are making life hard for us at the moment trying to charge us extra money here and there and refusing to put it in writing so we are refusing to pay them our final months rent etc untill it is in writing! We understand we are breaking the lease etc but they want money for scratching themselves! And every time we talk to them the amount goes up....
Only 18 sleeps till we have our new house, oh, and a big mortgage!
Cindy I hope you dont have to pay your real estate too much money, tell them to bugger off WOW not long till you move in thats awesome. I hope you have a nice time out with Nikki and her family. I am grumpy too at the moment, maybe I need to socialise a bit more also.
Krisite WOW I like the house and bonus it comes with a cubby. I think the yard is big enough. Boys will prob kick footy in the street when they are older anyways, thats my thoughts on our small yard.
Well Liam is doing well and Jordan is good. He has had a feral TT day. 2 accidents so put him in the bath about 3pm today. He has actually fallen asleep on my lap watching tele so I have put him to bed. thankgoodness as I needed some ME time.
Now that I am driving should be organise another catch up....maybe on your side, Cindy and Krisite?? I am happy to have you all over again if you want but thought it would be fair for us to come out your way.
I start back at dancing next week and I cant wait. I so need to work on my tummy and getting back into shape. I HATE the way I look and its affecting me and my relationship with Jamie. I am not too keen on DTD at the moment cause I dont like the way I look. I need to snap out of it as its putting strain on us.

All I can say is THANKYOU NIKKI for getting me out the house. I loved catching up this morning and Jordan had an absolute ball with Harry and Chantelle. He was knackered when we got home so he is actually having a sleep ( another bonus). I also have Liam in bed after his feed so I have some ME time ( another bonus ).
I actually feel alot more confident now that I have taken the boys out on my own I will not be so scared next time. I will still get nervous about Jordan being up in those play slide things that are so high..... GEEZ he is only little but I forget he can climb and do all that stuff now. I will need to take some heart medication with me as I was crapping my pants LOL

no worries tracey,i didnt realise this was the first time you have come out with the boys on your own,you did great,i thought you were very relaxed about it,i also think you look great.I really enjoyed seeing jordan and liuam again and so did chantelle of course,she told daddy all about holding teeny tiny liam.then she asked me for a baby.......WTF!hehehe! not going to happen.

all else is well not much to report,havnt bought a car yet,grant is buying one for himself aswell so i am just waiting for him to get his first,i think he is making a decision tomorrow on a new work van,i am looking at a prado.

Gosh, I've been having the laziest days at the moment...Everythings pretty good though...We're going down to look at the house again on Sat (if it hasn't sold by then!!!) to show Michaels Dad and then hopefully put an offer in...I'm sooo excited! I'm just too nervous now thinking we're going to miss out on it between now and then!!
Michael and I had a bit of a chat tonight...We've been really cranky with each other at the moment...I think it's all just been a bit stressful with the house stuff...I'm sure all will be well now that we've spoken...

Yeah at taking the boys out on your own! It will be easy for you now - Enjoy it while Liam is safe in one spot and not running around!! I find it much harder now with the two of them thats for sure!!
LOL on the tall slide!! Thats what I'm like...although it's normally with Dylan - Louis won't go down the slides or do anything dangerous whereas Dylan climbs up and tries to run down!!! Omg this boy is going to end up with broken bones I think!
Nikki - How cute Chantelles so into babies!! I must say Louis is a soft touch for babies as well...He put the stethoscope (sp?) on my tummy today and said the baby said hello to him and sometimes he puts his head near my tummy and pretends it's kicked him in the face! He's such a little comedian. I'm sure he'll enjoy having another little baby brother...I think it's Dylan I'll have trouble with! Hehe.
OMg at Chantelle swearing! I would have died!! Louis hasn't drop the f bomb yet...hopefully I won't ever hear it! Hehe.
Wow at both of you getting new cars! How Exciting...we'll have to start saving next year...Then we've got a couple of years to save and then we'll have about a $20,000 limit to get a big car! Michael really wants a ford explorer so he can pimp it up! But I'd love a prado or territory - although in saying that they're probably too expensive...We shall see - it's a while off yet - although we'll need it if I can talk him into no.4!! LOL!
Ok...enough of me jabbering on...I'm sitting here writing and stuffing my face on a bag of maltesers...I'm sure I'll regret it soon when I feel sick from eating too much!
Oh and I think I'm definitely looking p/g now!! My tummys finally grown - and surprisingly I'm already getting bh...Just started the last couple of days which surprised me...will probably get another 6 weeks+ of prelabour for this p/ g as well I suppose!! LOL!
