Please don't get too upset AnnaT, I knew what you meant as a joke, I was the same, it took us a year and half to conceive and in all that time I used to wonder how people could complain then when I was preg myself i reakon I was the biggest whinger. (Well so my mum and sister tell me).
I can also see that others could've felt offended by it but do think its been taken the wrong way esp since not all that long ago most of us were having complaints in our 3rd trimester.
I hate for this to cause big riff in our lovely group.

Anyway on a lighter note have a great time away Annie, which i'm sure you will, I am so jealous, I'd love to go to NYC oh and after you posted the song I have been singing it to Ash over and over!

We are off to dinner at a friends place soon, yay, love being cooked for.

Ok,im not getting into the debate of whats happened but just move on people. I can see the point of annat.Its exhausting when you are pregnant with a young one too.She may have hurt a couple of feelings and i suppose she could be a little more diplomatic but i dont think she meant to offend TTCers at all.I just think the age difference of some us too is a problem in the way we vent and we should by now be able to express our feelings without getting angry at each other as we have known each other a long time.
We just got over the stalker debacle and i dont want another arguement bringing us down. So lets just move on and in future perhaps think what we write and how it affects others.
Phew,thats an epic considering i wasnt getting involved.
Ok,ive got me time tonight and im going to a crop night to do more pages of my darling ruby oobi!

I've read, and re-read what everyone has said, and I have to agree on something maz has said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. anna** felt she needed to get it off her chest, and it was in a non-offensive manner. No harm done.

well Nina is constipated, so maybe that's what is causing her to be so grumpy. We're trying the prune juice, and hopefully that works. So far so good, she went down without a fuss and has been sleeping for 1.5 hours so far. Oh and another thing, her cd player s**t itself end of last week, so maybe it was that too? I've borrowed next doors for tonight until i get another.

Um.. my thoughts.. i love you all.. everyone has their own lives and issues and im here for you all.
In my opinion.. If you were to tell me you had a can of Dr Pepper and i am without, then sure id be jealous but ill be happy for you in the same respect.. as friends support each other through everything, whether one has something the other wants or not.. whether one is having a bad day, whether one is having a biatch, through the highs and lows.. Thats what friends are for..

If i offended anyone by when i was worried i was pregnant last week and not wanting to be yet, then sorry, but tough titties.. though i would still have kept and loved the baby very much, for me emotionally it would have been very hard. I would like to think that as my friend's you would have the same respect for my wishes as i do for you on the reverse.

AnnaT.. hun, you havent offened me any.. i know you are just happy about your pregnancy and for some, although it is a happy time, it can be a very daunting time too if you are sick.. especially when having another bubs to look after this time round (hense why i am so scared of getting preggas atm - but i respect you for doing what you do)

I understand how what was said could have hit a nerve, i think Anna was just having a vent. I dont think she meant it in the way she would wish away her pregnancy or to offend you.. i think more that she knew we were all friends and friends who one can count on to let out whats on your chest.. even if its just a ramble and you dont mean it.
I believe everything happens for a reason.. there is a reason you were given the child/ren you have now.. because someone out there, whoever or whatever guides us, knew you were ready and would be a great mum. When the time is right, that little tadpole will find it's egg and you will be a great mummy all over again.

There has been so many ups and downs lately with our group and id like to think we're all strong enough to stick together.. well if not anyone else, i know i need you all.. i wouldnt have gotten through the last 8 months if it wasnt for you guys.. so please.. can you please all kiss and make up?

girls I dont know whats going on, but somehow you have misunderstood Anna**'s post.

I am not upset either that AnnaT is pregnant or anyone else, I am happy for them. Just want everyone to be happy for thankful for what they have really as its really hard for some people to get pregnant and we treasure the ones we have. Does that make sense?

I dont come here every day and tell you all the crap I go through as I dont want to bore you all with all my issues, I just want to be happy when I chat to you all.

I think everyone is entitled to their opinon and everyone should be respected.

When Kell was posting to us for advice I was impressed and surprised that no one got upset about her being honest with us about being relieved that she wasnt pregnant, I thought it was something atleast one of us might get upset by.

Why would I want to chat when Im not even sure everyone is going to be nice to me? Im not a masochist. As for having the last word, its called standing up for myself. This has nothing to do with me being pregnant at all, its got everything to do with behaviour from people I thought were my friends. I didnt start this. In the end Im the one who's losing out because I cant talk in a thread to people I consider friends because of nastiness and immature attitudes.
Now if anyone else has got something to say to me, email me. I wont have anyone else harrassed for advocating my position in this. Im a grown up and Im happy to sort it out in private.

No Kell, not at all, I can completely understand where you were coming from, I was just using it as an illustration of another instance where a reaction like this might have occured. Ah Im explaining this wrong.........if certain people can be upset with me over my comments because of their position with TTC or whatever then having been in that position before I could see that they could be upset by what you discussed with us. What I dont understand is why I get targeted for a comment that wasnt even intended to cause hurt to those people or wasnt even really offensive but they werent upset about your comments that werent offensive but might have hurt them the same way mine did (and Im being honest, I bet they were hurt by it, obviously not caused intentionally by you). I remember when I was TTC Jett and I used to get so upset when people would talk about thinking theyre pregnant but not wanting to be. Then I hopped over to the pregnancy and parenting side of the fence and realised that sometimes situations happen and you end up possibly being faced with something you hadnt planned for and its not the right time. Which is part of what my comments this morning where about - I worried that I hadnt fully thought through the implications of being pregnant and coping with a teething, mobile baby on my life and stress levels - maybe I should have given myself a few more months of working out a routine. Anyway it happened, Im happy with being pregnant again. Does that make sense? Oh Im just going to give up. Obviously no one is going to even try to understand where Im coming from.

just wanted to say we are home safe and sound and thanks for all your thoughts. ainsleigh is on asthma drugs and is being reviewed on monday. she has been asleep for the last three hours so lets hope she has a good night.

thanks anna for keeping everyone informed. am not going to get involved in the hoo haa that's going on, but like cailin said, we are usually a great bunch so hope we can laugh it off as bad pg hormones to those who are pg, and sleepless nights for the last eight months for everyone else.

and i really am going to bed this time!!!!!!!
