Here it is:
Sweet and Sour Chicken Receipe:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250g chicken breast cut into bite sized cubes
75g carrot, cut into matchsticks
50g baby corn, sliced in half lengthways and then across
50g green beans, topped and tailed and cut in half (i just use frozen beans)
2 spring onions, finely sliced
salt and pepper
1. In a small bowl, beat together the egg yolk, cornflour and milk to make a thin batter. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok, dip the chicken into the batther, then fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden. Remove from the wok and set aside. 2. Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for the sweet and sour sauce. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the wok and stir-fry the carrot, baby corn and green beans for 2 minutes. Add the sauce, bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat, stir in the onions and seasoning. Add the chicken to the vegetables and heat through.
And thats it. I actually got it out of one of my baby magazines! Tis sooo yummy!!!
