Kelly do you mean a plain cheesecake they have one that uses jelly as well as plain cheesecake mix, there is also lemon, pineapple and a tolberone cheesecake recipe

  • 1 jelly
  • tin condensed milk
  • 250grms cream chees
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • about 1/2 sachet geletine
  • pack scotch finger bickies (crushes)
  • enough butter to moisten bickies
  • 300mls hot water

  1. spray ring with cooking spray
  2. mix jelly with hot water pour into ring an dlet set
  3. beat cream cheese till soft
  4. add condesend milk a little at a time until smooth
  5. add geletine and mix well
  6. add lemon juice mix well
  7. pour into jello ring to set a while
  8. melt butter and mix into bickies spread on top of cheesecake mix and firm down a litte
  9. place seal on expelling air
  10. refridgerate
  11. best to make 24hrs before serving
  12. turn out onto flat surface
