Thanks for your thoughts. And thanks to those who have PMed me, Im sorry havent had time to reply yet, have not been around much and very tired also.
I havent been around as I havent been doing so well and also Julia's been having issues at daycare, she got bitten im so mad with daycare at the moment. My OB appointment was moved twice and had to fit that in also.
AMBZ - hon, I understand what you are going through. The most important thing is hon with Zoloft is you start on a low dose and stay on it for at least 2-3 weeks before upping the dose, how much are you on? I started on 1/4 of a tablet (1 tablet is 50g) for 2 weeks then upped to 25mg, was ok on that for 4 weeks but as soon as I upped to 50mg I had really bad side effects that went on for 3 months and I was suicidal, so keep a journal every day how you are feeling hon and make sure you take it at night time not day or morning as the side effects are worse. I take mine before I go to bed and miss most the side efffects, im on Ciprimil (Cetalapram) still an SSRI like Zoloft. Im so sorry that Tiarna is not well it must be a really anxious time for you, im sorry you have to wait for her to have an appt too. Will pm you with some more details hon, and strategies on how to cope through the anxiety...thinking of you

HAPPY 3 MONTHS BEAUTIFUL MAT! Hope you enjoy the beautiful all in one outfits from Julia im sure you look so cute as mummy has said. MAZ - as I said on the phone its wonderful news he has reached 3 months, a great milestone for you and him after all he has been through, he is a strong boy and so beautiful! Your doing a wonderful job!

Caddie - big claps to Millana - gymnastics is great for them - I used to go to gym when I was a kid and loved it so much.
Meg - you have lots happening at the moment with your Mum and J - I hope both the operations go well for him but you have your big trip before then. Great your Mum has you to cook up some yummy meals for her and you are there there for her
Ambz - man you need some big hugs hun, you are going through alot at the moment, it is hard enough dealing with a newborn without all these other issues, your body is still recovering and the sleep deprivation wears you down. The place Meg recommended sounds good, it would be great if you can get to see them so they can help you out. It is horrible seeing your little one in pain, hugs.
Rach - great to see you back in here, sounds like Jack is doing fabulously and is little charmer, well done to him for being such a good boy so you could relax a bit with your friend.
Belle - I ready in another thread about Julia being bitten at child care, poor little girl, it must be hard for you to have to deal with this, it is a tough one isn't it, I am not sure what I would do if it happenend to Rylee, a mothers first instinct is always to protect their child and remove them from the situation, so good luck with this.
Maz - Happy Birthday to your beautiful little man Matueaz!!! congratulations to you both on this wonderful journey so far.

I havent been around much, been busy with Tiana and her getting sick again (while her dad was away for work).
Ambz- It must be the name! Your Tiarna sounds just like what mine was! Are you having panic
attacks or has the anxiety not gotten that far yet? The best thing I found to do was hold Tiana while I had one as it gave me something else to focus on while I was stressing. With Tiana - have you got a baby swing? They cost about $200 but are soooo worth it - the baby is sitting up but still being settled. Disregard anything that doesnt suit you but I hope I have helped a bit. I know how awful it is.
Caddie - Its great that Millana loves gym! I had to pull Tiana out as the only class I could get her to was one for 3 yrs and she just wasnt old enough to keep up witht the children.
Belle - I hope daycare sorts itself out for you soon!
Meg - I hope you have a fantastic trip and your mum recovers quickly.
Lauren - Congratulations on your pregnancy! I hope that Rylee is letting you get some rest during the day!
Nelle - Congratulations on your baby boy!!
Maz - It's great that Matueaz is growing so beautifully and quickly.

Belle, I read about that in your other thread, such a hard situation, what are the workers like when it comes to dealing with that sort of thing? I hope you are able to get some rest in and taking care of yourself.
Ambz- Sounds like you should def check out what Meg suggested, spec if you can't get an appt for another month. Huge hugs your way, I feel so bad for you with what you are going thru, I am praying her pain settles and you get some sleep and start feeling better.
Rach, fingers crossed next month is your month, hopefully you'll be able to avoid IVf path if you are reluctant to go that way.
Meg- I was wondering when that op was, how is your mum coping with it all? Hope she is in a good hospital!
Caddie- I love gymnastics, my fave sport to watch, maybe in the future we'll be watching Millana in the olympics.
Marni- Hi, good to see you again, hope Tiana is alot better now.
Df took me out to dinner tonight, we took Ash also but luckily she was pretty good, had these massive steaks so hopefully I'll be feeling more energetic from all the iron content!
Ash should sleep well tonight too cause had mums group at the park so 2 hours of running around.

Jodi ruby had hand foot and mouth last yr in august.She couldnt eat for about a week.Fluids was from the top of a bottle.It was awful.Her mouth was so swollen.It is contagious as far as i know.Millana got it too but only had blisters in mouth for a few days.Ruby had the whole shebang.I dont know how it affects pregnant mothers.Have you googled it?

We've had an extremely busy few days. Heath's best mate is in town for his dad's funeral, which we went to yesterday.
On Sunday, I took Nina to Hi-5, which she absolutely loved!
On Sat, Sun & Mon night we didn't get home till 8.30/9pm, but all nights Nina was such a good little girl.
We think she might still have an egg allergy, as she had some quiche yesterday which had egg in it, and she broke out in a rash all over her face almost straight away. It didn't bother her, but it bothered me to look at it.
Going to the dr tomorrow for a check up. My last check up with my gp before the hospital take over. Getting very anxious, nervous, excited and every other emotion you could imagine now! 5 weeks to go, not long at all.
ETA: helen, what's a hug a bub?

Its a baby wrap, they sell them here on Bellybelly. A wrap that you wrap around yourself to carry baby.

Marni- the swing is my saviour!! we used one for savanna and i could not recommend it enough to my friends or people who are pregnant..
Thankfully Tia loves the swing too and on her bad days its the only way i cant get her to have a sleep.
Belle- i have been told to take half a tablet for first two days (25mg)
then 1 tablet each day after that (50mg) Thanks so much for your advice. I'll start taking them at night now! Last thing i need is side effects hey
meg- unfortunately we dont have private health insurance...can i still attend and pay out of my pocket?
jodi- my nephews and sis in law all had HFM disease... its horrible thing to have..i was pregnant at the time and was told to stay well away from them as you can never be too careful. Its pretty catchy from what sis in law told me..i think her kids got it from a playground .. not sure ill find out.

Belle - That is terrible that Julia was bitten in childcare. What have you decided to do? Are you going to keep her in?
Ambz - I just Pm'd you.
Shell - they have tried with the GP to put silver nitrate on the granuloma, but it keeps coming back. That's why he needs the surgery.
Visited my mum. she is doing really well. Much better than yesterday.
I have a cold though (again) and feel like $hit. So I am going to make a dr's appt after work tomorrow, as my ears a blocked and as I am flying next Friday, I don't want blocked ears.
Hope all the preggy girls are doing well.

Ambz im sorry you are having such a hard time. The advise belle,shell and nelle have given sounds great.Im not good with advice regarding pnd and i feel like a hypocrite if i try but anyways i will have you in my thoughts and hope all gets better soon.
Belle sounds like your having a few issues and i hope the day care sorts it self out.How dare that little kid but our julia.I bet she is the type that wouldnt hurt a fly.We have issues at school with one boy pushing other kids over.Does give me the irrites.
