hi sherie - you know it wasn't too bad. I've made 2 new close friends since Jess started at Prep last year, and they were such fantastic helpers. I didn't have to do anything in the kitchen!! I still didn't seem to find time to talk to anyone though

Its always the way when you have a self-catered do. You're lucky to have good friends to help out too.

    hi lovely ladies!!

well i have had quite the exhausting day...left the house at 10am and got home at 5pm...so yeah Hayley, i guess i could say that mother's group went really really well!! LOL. we started off with coffee and cake and then all decided that going home boring so stayed for lunch AND afternoon coffee!

pregan: yeah, they are ones! the little stars look cool as well i reckon! and yeah the risoni might be a good idea, i'll check it out next shop - thanx for the tip!

Gracie: i live on the northside in brunswick. we love it, had no idea where we were when we moved in but, it is walking distance to uni and lorenzo is loving all the italian shops and good coffee (always hard to find in canberra! - at least at a decent price!! lol).
good luck with the vaccination! we are (finally) off tomorrow night at the town hall - no doubt it will be mayhem, but am going with someone from mums group to help the time (and anxiousness) pass.

noni: we too have the rubber alphabet mat. you can get them from baby stores but they cost a bit ($60ish). i found the exact same brand from a cheapy $2.00 store and bought it for $8.95. it's great for hard surfaces and leila loves to look at all the colours.
the star pasta are in packets-rather than boxes (usually on the bottom shelf). otherwise if you are in coles bellamys do the organic baby pasta (in the baby food aisle). same thing really.

MD: great idea on the FDC! we all need us time (even when it is doing something as boring as shopping!

thanks for the tip Sherie! where do i buy those vitamins? as i dont remember seeing that brand at the pharmacy yesterday but i have a feeling that the pharmacy was pretty crap!

anyway lovelies, leila is desperate for a shower (an incident with a full bowl of spinach), so had best go...

Clare, you can only get it online. BellyBelly is an affiliate of the company that produces it, so there is a link to it on the bellybelly main site. It is amazing stuff. You did have a great day out then LOL.
