Well the Italian blood is showing in miss Madeline, the canneloni went down really well last night, she loved it! DP wasnt there to witness it but when I told him he couldnt wipe the smug smile off his face.
I took her to the doc this morning, just as well, as she had a bit of an ear infection starting, so we've got antibiotics so hopefully we can knock it off quickly now that we've caught it early on. Also her conjunctivitis has flared up again. I thought I'd got rid of it, I was getting sick of washing linen & toys & basically everything she's touched every day lol. AND her cough, well we just have to wait it out but the doc seems to think the antibiotics may help it a bit. Poor Maddie she is in the wars!
What can I give her to counter act the antibiotics iykwim? I know myself they kill off your good germ fighter thingys and can lead to other nasties. Pregpan what did you do, Noah was on antibiotics wasnt he?
Little boys doodles LOL well cant say I call them that myself. LMAO at big boys Sherie.
Trillian - Thats so cute that Alister says bap bap, what a clever cookie. Poor Lindsay he was sick not long ago!
Rainforest - Everyday when I jump on I search the posts looking for your announcement! Is it a baby!???? Please tell!!!
Jazmum - Yay good to hear he is healthy & developing well. Is this her first child? A boy will be nice after your 3 girls hehe. I will always remember the look on my dad's face when I told him I was having a girl & remember him saying not another girl lol. Of course he loves her to bits though but he has always hoped for a boy to take surfing!
Cally - My DP is the same & he gets it from his father, they hate paying for anything.
Noni - Wow Asha does eat so well thats great, at least she isnt fussy. How are you liking having your own place?
Arte - Aww can imagine Will splashing in the dogs water, little cutie! I cant stand to see people stuffing junk down their kids throats and at 10 months old thats terrible! My MIL is constantly trying to shove junk down Maddie's throat, hot chips, sugar...it goes on & on. Its ridiculous and this is why I dont like leaving Maddie with her. Maybe I am being paranoid but she doesnt need that kind of food. So many times I have asked her not to do it but she said to me once to 'get over it' and since then I've been too shocked to tell her again. Anyway so far I've managed to keep MIL and her unhealthy eating habits away but still...I'd like to be able to trust her & not have to constantly tell her no. Ahhh I could go on all day about this LOL.
Joels girl - Hi!
Anyway I must keep it short, we are going out tonight for tea (hopefully Maddie will have a decent arvo sleep) and I still have to clean the house. Hello to everyone else!
