Kate - I LOVE your ticker - so funny the countdown to 2nd bday already!!! i used ot do that on my bday when i was a kid the day after my bday was the WORST ever as i had a whole year to wait!!! YAY on the walking!

MD - 1st day school hols.. thinking of you. i hear the petting zoo at floriade is wonderful and best of all that CIT has early learning students there to look after the kids....!!!!! maybe you can leave them there all day LOL!! (I am joking). Tips froma friend that it opens at 10 so get there at 945 as it gets PACKED! (the zoo that is)

AND MOST OF ALL CONGRATS to MM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!! ring sounds gorgeous. proposal beautiful and ILs - typical!!! ha ha!! dont let them push you around re wedding but at the same time, at the end of the day you will be married to your gorgeous DH!!! With our wedding (which was a huge event) i chose the no go areas - the things that were really importsnt to Dh and I and no one could mess with them and then let my mum and DHs mum come up with other ideas on the other things. like i didnt care about things like table decs (that much) or even flowers so giving them these thinsg to think about (i still had final choice) meant they felt reall yinvolved and important but they stayed away from the things i did really care about. worked for us.

main news here - DH home, have 11 people over for dinner tonight (jewish new year) and N has hand, foot and mouth. YUK!
