MD, I don't think I will ever be prepared for pre-teen MSN lol We are off to visit the in-laws next week and there is a little petting farm that I am quite excited about going to - it has all sorts of farm animals as well as ostriches and wallabies and I think W will love it.

MM, poo to your in-laws. Just half-joking mention that if it gets too stressful you could always elope, maybe if they think they will miss out altogether they might back off a bit? I didn't have any input from either set of parents for ours, helped that I was in a different country though lol.
Cally, glad that K was o.k. W always gets a fever after vaccinations. I haven't taken him for his last meningitis one because he is always really unwell for a couple of days after. Luckily we don't have any for a few more months yet.
Clare, lol about the stinky poo. Is it something new she is eating? Or teeth?

Yay for everyone that celebrated a birthday in the last few days, good to hear all the parties went well and everyone had cake despite a few setbacks lol
We went out boating yesterday, W loves it. I was worried he would get bored in the boat all day but he lasted 6 hours without cracking it (even had a little nap near the end too). I have a friend and her 3 year old daughter coming up today for the rest of the week and then we are off to Southland to visit ILs so I probably won't be on much for a bit.
Oh, oh, nearly forgot - the other night William slept for 8 hours without waking!!! He woke at 10pm when I went to bed and 6am but nothing in between!!! Yaaayyyy!!
