Hi Sherie - I was so unsure about the trampoline but if you think it'll be good then I'll let the MIL go for it. I don't think she's gonna change her mind anyway.

I got so caught up doing things last night that I didn't go to bed until 12.30 then took another hour to fall asleep. Not good when Sarah wakes at 5am.

We had a good set in of rain this morning and now it's so muggy...might head to the beach again this arvo. She had a ball yesterday.

    Thank you MD.
When I was in QLD for a week & a half in Oct it was too emotional for me & thats when I realised that even though I have friends there, it wasn't the place for me to be. Here, this may sound funny, but cause I have to do it all myself, in a sense, which makes me deal with my depression & probs & work thro them.

Kate: the trampoline isn't such a bad thing. the boys played on some whilst we were in qld & they loved it, even if Jack cldn't jump.

    Hi Nella.

So far, doing okay today. Jack is down for his 2nd nap, hoping Alex will go for one but I'm not counting on it.
Have folded many loads of washing, & have put Alex's away. & Hung out washing. Am trying to keep busy but I've pulled muscles in my back so that when I bend over it siezes
off to put my dishes away from last nite ....

Hey Andie! Good to hear that at least Jack has given you some respite with having 2 sleeps so you only have Alex to worry about. You've had a productive day though, so you've got to be happy with that.

Hi Nella! Of course you can jump in! Your little one was born the day after my Alister. So how has everything been going for you? Is he into everyting like the rest of our little darlings seem to be LOL.

Kate, IKWYM - I was up till 2am and I was still getting up on and off to the kids. Did you go to the beach?

ETA - Clare, that's great to hear your Oma is feeling so great LOL. I hope the abs kick in soon and she is on the mend and able to go home soon.

    Hi Andie & Trillian

I love your ticker. Think I might have to get one!

    Evening wonderful Ladies ...

Today has been better. Prob cos I had a good vent last nite, gr8 support from you ladies here & I feel better.

Just sitting down with a glass of wine (figured it'd be okay to seeing as the last pencillian tablet I took was 34hrs ago), going to watch some tv & head off to bed reasonably early. Alex is asleep already & Jack is back in bed after a dinner tanty, & bath.

Jack pointed to his bottle as I was getting his dressed for bed & said "dink" then he kept saying "dink dink dink".
As I was doing todays dishes this afternoon, I turned around to see Jack carrying a bottle of motor oil across the kitchen.

2mrw won't be so bad. Have a dr's app't 4 my stitches (had a mole cut out Fri week back) & then if $ permit, have to to grab some food.

Hope you all had a good weekend. & again, thank you

Hi Nella, welcome to our little chatty group. You're absolutely welcome to join in...tell us a bit about yourself...What do you do at uni etc

Andie - glad you're feeling better. Hope you have a nice relaxing catch up sleep tonight, all good for the doctors tomorrow.

Sherie - No beach for us today. The weather cleared but then I couldn't be a$$ed going . Will try tomorrow...Rory might be having an early day so fingers crossed.

Katie - Christmas shopping is the best...I've already got Sarahs presents somewhere in our container (so hopefully can find them when/if we move) Also got others on layby,including...

    A LADYBIRD WHEELYBUG!!!!

Also, the wooden blocks and a percussion table thing. In the container I have a kids wooden table and chairs with plastic tub containers under the table...and I think there is more but can't remember That doesn't bode well...I don't even want to think about what I've spent on Sarah. Oh well, I get to play with it all as well so really it works out cheaply...like 2 for 1.

Sarahs really in chucking little tantys now. She arches her back when she doesn't want to get into her highchair or car seat also when shes being carried and doesn't want to go that way. She stamps her feet and throws things around. Shes also got her squeal back. God, how I wish that she had Rorys temperment and not mine. He's so placid and it takes a lot to get him worked up. Okay well placid might not be the best word but compared to me he's a little pussycat.

Wow you ladies are so organised christmas shopping already! Every year I say I'm going to do it early but never do..

Kate DS throws tantys a lot now too. Usually its because he's not allowed something he wants (usually the tv remote he likes to slobber in & break hehe) the next few years are going to be fun

Ok an intro.. (I'm not very good at these so bear with me) DP is Stephen & we've been together for 4 years now and DS is Loklann. I've recently transferred degrees at uni from Law to Business (accountancy) because after 2 years realised that's no longer my passion.. Um I don't really know what else to say..

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Katie - I laugh so much when she has her tantys...I'm sure I won't be laughing in 12 years time though when she starts adolescence. As for the wheelybug, tell DH that it is vital to their growing.

Leanne - I saw that you posted in the early hours of the morning... I hope you got some sleep in at least.

Nella - What is it with remote controls? S loves ours and will move heaven and earth to get to them. Luckily we have an old one that we can distract her with for the moment.

Sarah actually slept right through last night (well from 7.30 until 5.30am). Haven't had that happen for ages. I didn't even wake up to check on her. We both needed our sleep too much I think.
Still overcast here today so will have to see about the beach again.

    Hope everyone had good nights...

    Good Raining! Morning!!!!
(need the rain for the 1 measly tank we have)

got side tracked watching season 1 of Third Watch
then b4 i realised it it was midnite & I cldn't get to sleep so had to put MASH on.
then dead to the world, i hear little foot patters as alex is coming up the side of my bed. he came for a cuddle then i suggested he goes back to bed & watch thomas so off we went, i looked at the clock (about 4.45am) then he wanted me to lay with him, good think he's in an actual bed now!

have to go to town today & go to the dr's & maybe some food shopping (just have to risk it with the boys, hmm). will have a coffee then work it all out.

thanks again Ladies. I truely appreciate the support you have given me over the last few days. You are wonderful Ladies & Friends.
I know I have a long way to go still, but it makes a difference knowing you have somewhere where you can go & let it out & know that I won't get belittled for it.

ok, have made my coffee, have made up a handful of poptop drinks for the boys (they sit in the door fridge & it makes it easier to have them ready to go instead of having to make drinks up)

    Xmas:
From mummy: the boys are getting 6Volt batt operated bikes. Thought we'd give them to all 3 (my friends kid 2) @ once to save arguements. Jack was climbing on one (one that didn't go) in QLD & he looked okay with it.
From daddy: alex is getting a tonka tool station kit & jack is getting some jungle animal train
From us both: a jumping castle ($48 inc postage :O)
From santa: singlets & jocks, alex: thomas, jack: little people set

    Tantys:
you get like that hey. Some of jacks are unbelieveable. He chucked one in the dr's office the other day & she panicked. I knew to leave it tho. When he was visiting his dad he chucked one & his G-ma was shocked. I think they realise just how much I'm going to have on my pl8 now.
Jack's classic: he sits there & throws what he has, throws the arms around & the noises, then stops to lay down & then keeps going, back up & all.
Most of the time they amuse me, not so much when we are out in public.
Have to record some one day!

Jack has just gone back to bed & I need to ring SM bank ...

Yes remote controls! I saw one in a catalogue the other day that I'm going to put in L's stocking! I can't remember which catalogue it was now.. though I'm thinking it was Big W.. He has a collection of about 5 remotes that don't work but they aren't good enough he needs to know he's not allowed it before he wants it hehe

He's been making kissy faces lately its so cute! I'd upload a photo but I'm not sure how?

Andie hope the boys don't act up while you're out today.

Nella yep it was in the Big W catalogue. It is the discover sounds remote. They have then in Kmart too, we also seen a Sesame Street one. We are putting one in L's stocking as he is also obsessed with the remote controls. He loves to turn everything on and off.

I have just mad an appointment to have some family photos done. We will be giving them to our families for Christmas this year (and probably every year after). I wish I could just do them myself.

    Hi everyone
I've missed out on so much I might be able to find some time to read through the past 2 pages tonight, and catch up . ( I seem to be saying that quite alot lately)
Andie - I just want to say what a strong woman you are, and how lucky your boys are to have a Mummy like you. It's a shame we all don't live closer to each other. I think this baby buddies group would make a fantastic Playgroup! I would definitely look forward to weekly catch ups where we could actually meet each other!!

afm - I have to admit that Hannah exhausts me at the moment. I don't really get a chance to talk to anyone when i'm out now, because I'm chasing her around everwhere. At home all doors are closed and dining chairs are pushed in, but now she has started climbing the lounge chairs, and has already fallen off once and bumped her head on the tiles!!!
    Aaaaah the joys.

    Hello ladies,

Ive read all the post but again Im too exhausted to do personals. So sorry for being a slacker. Will try again later.

Hamish is trying to feed himself with a baby fork at the moment, hes doing a realy good job actually but he is sooooo independant he won't even let mummy help get the food onto the fork so it's gonna be a long dinner me thinks

Started christmas shopping today, eight off the list are soughted, only 21 to go !! Big Families gotta love em.

Still waiting for more teeth to pop thru, all the signs are there but nothing new unfortunately.

I so exhausted - need to go do the bath and bedtime thing. Might get back on later to do personals or perhaps I'll have an early night.

    Hope everyone is well.
