Hi everyone! I feel like I've been away for ages ROFL.

Arte, Alister will 'count' too sometimes, he'll have this sing-song 'juan two' (cause he says one like you pronounce juan ROFL - I have no idea how that came about) happening when he's picking up stuff. I don't think he realises he's counting though cause I would say 'one, two, three go!' when we were at the pool and he'd jump in so he's just mimicing that. I hope the night waking continues to improve for you though.

PP, that's just awful for them to deal with. It's such an uncertain thing with too many if's. N is such a delightful little boy I'm not surprised she draws comfort from him.

Noni! I was wondering how all the planning was going. It seems like you have a million things to do between now and then, but it will all come together as it's meant to. It's very exciting though!

Hey SupaB!! Great to see you hun. How is T going? Sounds like you're right back into the swing of TAFE again.

Gosh, I can't remember where I'm up to now ROFL...

G, I thought of you this morning and was secretly hoping that I'd log on today to see a BA from you. I'm sure he wont be in there much longer

MD, that would be a big thing to just push to the back of your mind re the FDC lady. I'm sure the Perfect Job is out there for you too. So how are you feeling post-op-wise? Do you have any more Dr's appts about it as a follow up?

Clare, that's just too cute! I can just picture her saying it too LOL.

Ange, yes, twas me who did your av. Glad you love it

AFM, busy busy busy as usual. I had to go and get my hand xrayed today cause I hurt it last week (no drama's, just clumsy ROFL) and it didn't seem to be improving, but it's not terribly sore kwim? so I just wanted to be sure as hand bones are such fickle things when it comes to breaks and can cause trouble if they don't heal right etc. So no break, but he's sending it away to be read again JIC cause he could see a shadow on it but couldn't confirm exactly what it was. I got home just in time to get the older two off the school bus cause the Dr was running late and my whole day just went to sh ite.

LOL Sherie, W says one, two as Un, Deux which always makes me giggle. Did you do my av? I really like it!

PAP, they are smart little things, W will stand there and demand 'deux dog biccies' (he wants one for the dog and hopes I will not notice if he scoffs the second one) lol

After the great night of sleep, W didn't need an day nap today but it must have caught up with him because he fell asleep in the highchair at dinner time and was in bed by six lol

A round of applause for our Amazing Counting Boys! LOL

Trill, thanks for asking, I'm seeing the surgeon again tomorrow. I was a bit worried last week so I went to the GP and she cleaned and checked the incisions. 3 out of 4 hadn't closed over hence why they were still store. One in particular is giving me grief, it's pretty untidy stitching - if it was a patch in one of my quilt's I would've unpicked it and done it again (ends don't meet properly :rollyeyes. Lucky skin is stretchy so I don't think it will matter in the end, just a little more of my youth's body-beautiful fading in front of my eyes. Ouchy ouch on your hand. What a bummer, you really notice when your hands are sore.

Arte, congrats on your anniversary! Well done for scoring the marriage saver! Better than a piece of jewellery any day IMO.

    Hey girls
Have finally caught up but have no memory (as usual). Sarah is not well atm and we may be off to the dr to double check tomorrow.
Will try and get back on tonight once sarah goes to sleep.
Good night vibes to all of us

PS oh yeah...S counts a bit too. Mainly just before diving off the couch into the cushions.

ha ha! we have a counter of sorts here...she'll only say 'due' (2). i guess she feels that all the other numbers are superfluous to her needs LOL!

Arte: man that sounds like an awesome anniversary! i am jealous!! ours is coming up (sorta). we got married on the leap year so i guess we are going to celebrate it this saturday.
yeah i found that once leila was weaned her sleep became more predictable ITMS. she will sleep a lot more sounder these days. i guess the power of boob is strong!

Kate: oh i hope miss s is feeling better tomorrow.

sherie: ouch! your hand sounds sore! how did this happen?? have i missed something?!

AFM: well am still feeling poor. miss L is much better which is awesome though! ATM she is so cute, of an evening she will crawl up into my lap and ask 'pliz' and point to her cot so i can put her to bed. it's so gorgeous as she cuddles me with all her might as i carry her in. lots of warm fuzzies i must say!

PAP - Ohhh how terribly sad, I am so thankful for my happy & healthy girl, but sometimes I know we take it for granted, like if I get frustrated at her, then I feel so guilty knowing how lucky I am. I dont know how I would cope with something like that, be a mess. On a happier note, I made your pasta bake for dinner, it was so yummo & a major hit with M. I didnt have a zucchini though so I used pumpkin & added peas. The more veges the better right!? So if you have any more recipes you'd like to pass my way, feel free, as I've been feeling like I'm in a bit of a rut when it comes to meal ideas these days.

Rainy - Happy 40 weeks to you, well done. Its almost over now, enjoy it while it lasts, before you know it your beautiful bubba boy will be here. I am so excited for you.

Clare - Thats gorgeous of L, I have also noticed M is telling me more clearly when its time for bed too these days. She finds a dummy and walks to her cot. This is crazy with your tonsils, what a nightmare. Cant something be done like having them taken out?

Kate - Sorry to hear, what is wrong with S?

MD - Are you kidding, how bad would that FDC lady feel. No I am with you, I would go no where near a FDC with a pool, no way at all.

Arte - Wow I am so happy for you, you must have felt amazing this morning? No doubt you stirred a bit yourself anyway, used to getting up lol. I am the same! W is so smart, we dont have counting here yet. Yes I know what you mean about the grandparents being a bit out of sorts with caring for young ones, they forget dont they? I am just going to have to let go of my worries & trust that they love her to bits & therefore will care for her as we do. & no, no response, she will be sulking. Happy anniversary too, love the marriage saver hehe.

I got M's hair cut today, she did so well & sat nice & still. She was fascinated by it all & loved the big black cape that she got to wear.

Hmmm sounds like I really need to start phasing out a bottle, or at least offering the arvo one in a sippy cup. We will keep the bed time bottle as its part of the bed time routine now & I dont think she would settle without it.
