Rainy Rainy Rainy my darling I'm so happy for you. Pregpan said it all, can't wait to hear all about it! You are one gorgeous mumma and the whole world is so fortunate to receive your newest little boy!! Love the name, little Jimmy, just sooo right!
Ange - Thanks for letting us all know - my DD1 told me (helped herself to my phone while I was in the shower LOL) but you were pretty quick of the mark! I guess AAAAnge came before Aardvark and Aaajodie. LOL Your work is done now - REST!!!
Trill - thanks for your words. I feel so blessed to have you in my life. xxx
Rainy I literally jumped up & down in front of my computer, much to M's suprise. Ohh I am so happy for you, congratulations! We knew something was up yesterday when you didnt post & then Ange dropped in with a hint. Cant wait to hear all about it, soooo friggen excited!
This silly old woman has happy tears today *sniff*. I"m so happy for you all G, I hope it was everything you wanted and more! But OMG he's small ROFL! I bet you weren't expecting that I just adore his name too - I know a little boy called Jimmy and he's just gorgeous.
OMG A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO RAINY.... I am so happy for you all and what a wonderful name too...
Well I have another cold.... gee I just can not shake it but on the upside I got all my hair cut off last night and have 3 different colours in too and it looks fantastic and I feel great too....... Sorry I have been MIA but been busy with work and birthdays.... Its my mums birthday on sat and my brothers girlfriends having her 21st sat night we are taking the kids but only staying a little while... The kids should have a ball cause they love to dance....
Leemar - Oh the kids will have a ball dancing! Your hair sounds so nice, I'm getting mine done next week. Makes you feel so good getting your hair done.
hi all
my mum arrives tonight - YAY, someone to watch N when he wakes in the morning and I can have a little lie in
well the big news here is that..... N took his 1st steps today. he just a-framed in the middle of the room and took about 5 steps. shocked himself i think! anyway i am sure he is still a way off regularly walking but i was excited!!!
MD how are you doing my dear?
i still have goospebumps about rainy
went to visit a friend and her 2 day old bub today - in shock how small they are!! (this one was exactly N's birthweight too)
OMG PP!!! That's so exciting! He will be walking fulltime before you know it - and then you'll know it ROFL, just kidding. It will be great for him, and easier on you to have him walking. Definately make the most of your Mum visiting too. And you do forget how little they were dont' you? not that I ever had little babies ROFL, but they are still tiny when you are used to dealing with toddlers and older kids.
thanks sherie - i know everyone keeps telling me how much more work it will be when he walks.. though when i had to CARYY him arond the petting zoo for about an hour today i must say i was thinking i will be fine with him walking!! anyway, we are a way off yet, i am sure these baby steps will last a while.. but it is exxciting. i am sad dh is away and missed it, but glad it happened on a home with mummy day not at FDC.
Oz I've been having a happy day too after Rainy's news. Always exciting when a new little person enters the world.
PAP - YAYYYYY! Thats excellent news on N taking steps. Its funny, it doesnt take them long once they realise they can move faster. Then they start running....then you end up chasing them in the opposite direction to which you wanna go in the shopping center, with them screaming in excitement at the game of chasey LOL sorry not trying to be depressing, its lovely when they walk.
Girls I feel bad about my MIL *****ing....you should see the wedding cake she has made us, its awesome!
LOL PP, it has both its pros and cons, but when you're pg again it's so much easier if you don't have to bend that far to pick them up. It will be great for your DH to come home to though and see his little man up and about.
H, you'll have to post a pic for us. I guess it was probably her way of making things right again too, so don't worry about what's happened, because you can't change it, but just look forward to the future. I can't believe this time next week will be your WEDDING DAY!!! It's terribly exciting.
How's the bleeding going now Katie? You'll have to try to get a nanna nap in today
anyway ... ex is here ... don't know why cos he's not "talking" other than to say he's hit a low point & he's working to fix his life ... but asked me the most stupided Q ... who are they Boy's father!! ... cos neither of them look like him & alex has fair skin! OMG
Oh it is fantastic PAP, once they walk its amazing, its hard to believe not so long ago they were newborns not moving around & now they are off exploring new things with their new skills.
Trill - I KNOW! DP & I are SO excited but SO nervous iykwim!! Got the hens & bucks night tonight - I told my sisters no doodles haha.
I wonder how Rainy is going with her new baby boy? Cant stop thinking about her & how happy she must be to now have two beautiful boys.
MD - How are you going? When is your next appt?
Oz - Hope the spotting has died down?
Andie - Ohhhh NO!!! How rude of him to ask such a thing! Oh you poor thing. Was that the final straw, or can you see potential for this relationship? Good luck I really do hope it all works out for you.
Hayley, how silly of me, you are getting married on my b'day! how awesome.
I was expecting it kind of TBH, cause I had heard stories bout his family believing Alex isn't his. TBH, it has been over on my end for about 3 weeks now. I've had enough of the way he treats me & the disrespect he shows. I asked him to clear up another lie & when he did, i got so angry i picked up a plastic bowl & threw it at him, grrrr. Anyways. Onward bound we go ...
just watching Jack turn on my new digi & is taking pics now! hehe
thanks for all your messages, i got all teary reading them all
i'm back home from hospital, checked out at 10am this morning.
Jimmy is absolutely beautiful, he's gorgeous looking with lots of thick dark brown hair and big blue eyes and justin's nose
he is soooo tiny, we just can't believe how small he is. he's so fragile. he's fitting into 000 wondersuits (lewis was straight into 00).
he's breastfeeding like an old pro atm, still waiting for my milk to come in though.
i'm recovering so well, i honestly can't believe it. i feel better than i have for months! my perenium (sp?) is completely intact- no stiches, or tearing or even a graze! it's fantastic. i'll tell you more about it all later, just wanted to check in on you all and tell you how happy we are. lewis has been absolutely fantastic btw, he seems really happy and comfortable and has been hugging and ooohhing and aaahing at jimmy the same way that he does at my dad's cat!?! very cute see. it's great to be able to pick lewis up again. i'll pop back in later tonight, hopefully some of you will be around!
eta- Arte, i'm so sorry but my text message to you was rejected! i felt so bad, i must have typed the number into my phone wrong xoxo

*squeals* G! So great to see that you're over the moon happy. He sounds divine - I bet he smells just gorgeous too, I miss that newborn smell LOL. Sounds like he will have quite different colouring to Lewis. And woohoo on the great birth too - can't wait to hear more about that when you're ready to share. Were you surprised at him being so small?
Andie, if that were me having to listen to that, I would seriously have kicked him in the nuts!! That is such an insult to you and just because he's at a low point in his life, that doesn't mean that he can excuse himself as their father by asking you such a question.
ROFL H at no doodles - I hope that doesn't mean you are getting great big ...... instead Have a great time and i tomorrow morning is kind to you.
welcome home Rainy!! ooh it must be so good to get home and show jimmy his new digs LOL!
MM: oooh do post a pic of the cake and all that jazz of the wedding! we do love a good wedding photo squizz!
PP: ah, exciting that you mum is coming and can help out a bit and YAY! for N taking those steps. for leila it took about 2 weeks to really find her feet and walk 24/7 ITMS.
AFM: wellllllll. let me tell you i have had a SHOCKER. have been in hospital since friday. i literally got of BB and felt really bad from the tonsilitis. at about 2am on saturday morning emergency (after ignoring me for approx 8 hours) told me that they couldnt do anything that the gp couldnt sent me packing. i returned about 6 hours later, unable to see, barely talk, vomiting and unable to stand. so you can imagine that the potential lawsuits must have flashed in their brains! so i was dealt with by the deputy director of emergency this time for them to find that my heart rate was sky high, i was severley dehydrated to the point that my veins had pretty much shrivelled into little prune like stems LOL! and my blood pressure had gone whacko. so was admitted and put on heart machines and pumped full of drugs and the bits and bobs through IV. (of course it took 3 attempts and 4 people to actually get the cannula in as my poor veins had gone on holiday). so yeah, have just got home an hour ago. i feel much better still very dizzy but at least i can walk. they told me that i had to be wheeled up there (cannae remember for the life of me LOL!). and i am very tired. have lots of drugs to take now and will have to see a specialist this week to see where we go from here...hopefully the big chop will be done. so want it!
and all this on our FIRST wedding anniversary.
Leila has been a champ through it all. our neighbours with toddlers took her in for the day and night and she had a ball. but was still stoked to visit me this morning in hospy.
