I am a bit bummed we aren't doing the scan, I am not bothered about the actual Down Syndrome part of it - due to my age the risk would never be high enough to outweigh the risk of amnio for me anyway. I just really wanted to see it, make sure there is actually something there. I am not one of those people that have any sort of inter-uterine bond with their bubs, I really need the picture evidence to believe there is something growing there. And I am always paranoid about twins! I think I have settled for two children, it would be just my luck to have 2 and 3 on the way lol. Seriously, my belly is quite big, if I fold my arms they rest on the shelf of my belly already. Is that normal for 13.5weeks? I can't remember.

W has a cold atm which he has now passed onto me. It means we can't go to activities and we are both bored hanging around the house. At least nose blowing is easier this year, he can keep a tissue in his pocket and pull it out to blow his own nose when I ask (not very keen now that it is raw and sore though)
