Noni - i found the whole prelabour/end of preg really hard with N i must admit. i was quite relaxed about when baby woudl arrive except that i had no energy for N and was feeling so big and cumbersome and tired.. it wasmore that i wanted to not be preg anymore iykwim. i was lucky enough that N was in creche and also DH had to do a lot more alone with him on weekends so i could rest or just have some time without the pressure of needing to play/chase etc. is your dh feeling better? if so maybe he can take on a bit more with A for the next few weeks? also is your mum able to take her a little more just for now? that will help you a lot. what is your plan when you go into labour?
MD - yay on H doing so well there. that must feel great. i missed your post - what are you doing re uni?
Rainy - how is J doing today? you poor thing. i hope the humidifier worked a little. i found steamig up the bathroom majorly and taking N in there a bit (read him heaps of books in there) before bed helped too (he didnt have bronciolitis but when we thought he had asthma and we still do it when he is 'coughy')
Sherie - how is the bed routine working?
AFM all is well... it is great having DH on leave and to be honest having no family here (LOL) - though they are all back this weekend... we had a fun day yest and today i just want to catch up on some sleep etc too. baby is great - had a bit of blood around his cord yest but it looks ok... he was a bit more unsettled last night, i think he is waking up to the world... my milk is CRAZY atm, i forgot how much i had last time!!! woke up tgis morning with milk EVERYWHERE! yuk. feeding is going well - he is a real feeder! N is doing well - he is v conscious of the baby, wants to know where he is all the time... kisses him, pats him etc. i think he is getting used to him being around though i am sure he will want him to go backto hospital where he came from soon!
