Jelly - I dont think it is selfish at all, you need to do what is right for you both! Tiah is very fussy at the moment as well and I can only feed her when we can have a quiet, private place to do it because I have to get my entire boob out and she comes on and off my nipple the entire feed. I read that breast fed babies have dramatic increases in appetite during growth spurts and this can make them extra fussy as well? All that aside... I had tiny little bobies before having her... and even though they are bigger now, they are not so big that they make feeding awkward.... my mum told me she had to give up breastfeeding in the end because her boobs were just too big and it wasnt a nice experience for her or her babies! I think the most important thing for Adrian is that his mummy is happy, so do what will make you happy!
Con - Oh dont get me started about DP and his damn shed! He had a car part delivered the other day and I was so rude to the poor delivery guy, but it was just the last straw for me... after a long day of dealing with Tiah with NO help from him because he was in his shed.... I answer the door in my trackies to find a smiling guy delivering MORE car parts?!?!?!?! I also cannot get through to him that when she is tired and it is time for her nap.... him trying to play with her is not helping anyone! He will swoop in after I have her settled in the cot.... and try and play freaking peak a boo with her! Then when I tell him that isnt a good idea... he sooks because "I can't do anything right". I dont know how he doesnt understand that coming to play with her hours after I actually needed the help is not the right thing to do!
