I know Kaylee would LOVE it if I turned her around, but the wonderful guy who installed our seats (and adjusts them) told us that its recommended that little ones remain rear facing for 12 months due to the neck strength if in an accident.

He turned Benjamin around at 10 months, but only after checking him over and making sure his neck was strong enough.
