Kathryn, 6-8hrs- that's awesome.
We had a 6 hr block the other night and I thought we were getting somewhere, only for Olivia to take 5 hrs to get to sleep last night. She was waaaay overtired and cranky and we were taking turns trying to get her to sleep. My sister had bought us that book "Go the F to sleep" which I was thinking about whilst pacing the kitchen at 12:30am.
Finally put her in her cot and we gave up and kept telling her (from our bed) to go to sleep. And she did.
Just finished my lunch and she's awake again. She's gone from doing poos every nappy to wet, wet, wet, poo plosion! Wakes herself up after an hour, which is too soon for a feed but then after changing her she's like 'what now?'
Hope everybody is going well. It's been a bit quiet in here

She has another cold at the moment though which makes her wake more during the night - 3-5 hrs on average but prior to that she had done a few 6-7hrs straight. I havent had an 8 hour yet - im really hanging out for that lol. My BB's have been a lil sore lately - probably because of her cold and wanting to feed more regularly. I was toping up with formula at one stage but now not needing to, so I think she may have just gone through a growth spurt couple of weeks ago.
an I'm getting much more sleep.
