Esperenza Rodgriguez.....love it!! She'll have to be an actress or something with a name like that!! Really grand sounding if you know what I mean???

I am a terrible mother - I have been giving Abbey Panadol AND Nurofen the last 3 nights in the hope of getting more sleep....hasnt really worked, she still stirs but I havent really had to bounce her to get her back to sleep so it might be working a bit.....wish they came with an off switch!!

TMI coming - poor DH hasnt had any action in god knows how long so I was trying to put an effort in last night and DTD and we were interrupted at least 3 times by Abbey and once by JD.....see there's a reason I dont bother - the whole freaking ordeal takes about an hour with all the interruptions and I really would prefer the sleep!!! Midnight I ended up shutting my eyes, then out on the lounge with her from about 1 and up and down a fair bit and DH slept in and woke up 10 mins before he was due at work at 6:50....not worth it! Terribly naughty and no protection but AF only finished on Tues so I would be really in the clear hey?

    xoxo

Wow Sarah that is an exotic name, me three agreeing with the others, makes me think of Penelope Cruz for some reason lol! Bet she has beautiful skin and dark hair? You'll have to get some pics up on FB.

LOL Shayna - I'm too scared to take chances, AF just finishing or not - depends on your cycle really - I used to have short cycles so always felt like I had AF, was fertile, then got AF again - they're out to 28 days since having Amelia now. I have mine at the mo, god they suck. But getting back to the DTD debate, I just find I can't be bothered, how bad is that! I do to keep DH happy but quite honestly I could easily go without these days, gosh I'm sounding old. I used to bonk like a rabbit when I was younger, obviously did too much of it bahahahahahahahaha.

Weather is crappy as in Perth, I am meant to be going to a clothes party tonight and I just want to stay home and snuggle on the couch with a pizza (great for the diet) and a DVD. If I cancel my friend will be so angry at me, boooooo.

    Hi Ladies,

sorry it's been ages since I posted, but to be honest was not sure where to find it again!!

I am in full agreement with the Bumbo Seats, my little escape artist was breaking out of it over a month ago and yes I found out the hard way he fell from the kitchen bench to the floorboards so I get the bad mother award! can't use it now as he just gets right out so I have it on the floor at all times, so be very careful if you are using one keep it low!

my little one is in to everything, and standing on everything, i can't even change his nappy in peace no more he just has to move move move!!! my daughther was so different didn't do any of this till 10mths I guess she was lazy!! but no teeth still!

    how is everyone else going?

    Just quickly, on my phone

Archie just got himself out of his bumbo, while it was on the BENCH!! OMG he was dangling off the edge when I bolted over and grabbed him! He couldve fallen straight onto the slate! Worst mother award goes to me. I feel traumatized.. So was he, poor lil man.
I guess that's why they put the warning on the side then. He has never even tried to get out of it before, so all of you with bumbos please be extra careful.

Sorry no persies, can't remember what was written. I'll try to log back on tonight for a major persies post.

Feeling alot better both physically and emotionally.

    BBL xx

Hi BellaB - it's been quiet in here, we've been conversing on Facebook more often lately lol. We certainly have to watch our little ones don't we, you don't realise how much more tiring it is when they start moving, more fun, but more tiring lol. I'm hoping this is the stage where the extra few kgs starts to drop off! Amelia isn't crawling yet but she is rolling from one end of the loungeroom to the other and just wriggles her way around as well. I'm in no hurry for her to crawl I must admit! We have 2 bottom teeth and I think the top 2 aren't too far away, she's got her fist in her mouth again and keeps putting her tongue on her top lip so not sure if that's for the same reason. She's also a bit of a nightmare to change, she just wants to move and roll, can get quite frustrating can't it! Woops for Anton falling out of the bumbo, was he ok? Amelia was rolling when trying to change her nappy the other day so I sat her up, she is still a little wobbly sitting for long periods of time but as I was putting her shirt on she fell slightly to the side and of course she was right against the wall so she hit her face. There was that horrible silence for a second and then she screamed - she ended up with a little bruise on her cheek, I felt so awful. DH told me there's going to be more of that as time goes on and I guess he's right, it's going to be horrible watching her fall and things but I guess to an extent it's part of learning isn't it. I don't mean really bad things but just the odd little minor thing here and there. Not looking forward to those times at all. Wish we could wrap them up in cotton wool! BTW, was looking at some recent pics of yours on FB the other day, gosh Anton is gorgeous, he's such a little man, super super cute and you look hot in your sig pic. You're soooo pretty and your hair is just gorgeous.

Hi everyone else, hope you're all well. xx

Ladies... My hair is falling out

WTF?! I thought it might have been that I changed my shampoo to that Tresemay (sp), so I changed back to herbal essence, but its still coming out?! Not so much falling out, but breaking off... Like LOTS of it!! What do I do??

I'm addicted to washing it, sometimes twice a day. So DH has told me to not wash it for a week and see how it goes. Today is day 2... i feel so dirty... i want to washh...

has this happened to any of you?

My hair fell out lots after Lucas at about 8 otr 9 mths, but I've got lots of hair so you couldn't notice anything on my head, just the amount of hair on the floor (polished floors really show up long hair). This time I've cut it all off so I'm not noticing anything. They say you don't lose hair while pg so the extra loss now is making up for what you didn't lose while pg.

Yeah my hair does exactly the same thing.. and you are going to think I am so dirty but... (deep breath) I only wash my hair once a week. I use moogoo which is all natural and no crap in it, so I really don't need to wash it before a week is up...

Going back under my rock now....

Lucky you girls! I have to wash my hair every 2nd day, sometimes every day as it gets oily - it was great while pregnant, got away with it every 3 days but now back to 2, sometimes every day. Sux cause I use decent stuff and it costs me a bit!
