Hi all,

I have not fallen off the face of the earth but just been flat out with travel etc.

Am yet to catch up on all the posts but:

Belfie - have a great trip gotta love the spontaneous holidays the best - hope you all feel better after the break.

Dory - what's your name on FB?

Buzzie - I saw your pressie on FB - nice!

Kirsten - Sounds like a nightmare with the car!. How is the PND going?

Wite - no rolling here although Pearl did turn onto her side yesterday to get a better look at the TV! ha ha ha.

My best news is that my vasospasm is almost gone!!! I am on a v strict and strange diet which seems to have worked - I did cheat a little and have a bit of pav with cream over the festive season and the pain came back over the following couple of days so I won't be doing that again.

We have been very busy here. Pearl and I headed to DH's family in Adelaide on the plane the Sunday before Chrissy and spent a frantic 10days there (DH followed a few days later in the car and we all travelled back together. It turns out Pearl is a great traveller - she was perfect on the plane and in the car which was a relief (I was a bit worried about the plane trip because I was alone but I fed her on the way up and down and it was all fine - I spent the trip chating to the flight hostess about babies and birth etc... My sis, her DH and 1yr old also came from Melbourne to visit us in Adelaide (and meet Pearl for the first time) so we had a second chrissy on the 27th with them.

We put Pearl in the jolly jumper for the first time a couple of days ago - she really seems to like it although she does not do a lot of jumping, just hangs out!

Every time I go to feed Pearl in the night I discover her legs are through the bars at the end of the cot - I have tried putting up a bumper (althought I know you are not supposed to!) but she manages to get her legs above it!
