Aaaah I wrote a long and THRILLING post this morning and it seems it has vanished!!

Cass I would love to share reciprocal cake-sharing and dropping in rights with you. I only have one dropping-in friend and she works looong hours so even that takes coordinating. I have had dropping-in friends in the past, but we've moved away. Plus we live on the edge of civilisation, it's not really central.

MP - happy birthday!! (and how did we miss that?)

Arte, your friend sounds great. So happy that you seem to be putting your roots down a bit more. x

Trill, how are you going sweetie?

Everything is just hunky dory LOL. Foot is feeling OK - have been using arnica cream on it for the bruising and it's settled nicely. I can't play in the netball final this weekend though as I just can't risk getting it trod on. The team we play have some rather hefty goal shooters and being a defender I just do not want them jumping on my foot LOL. Plus I have prac starting next monday and the last thing I need is to hurt it worse. Luckily it was only cracked and not more severely broken.

I'm quietly ****ting myself about it LOL! But it's at the kids school and the teacher I'll be with is the one who I've been doing literacy groups with all year. All of the first week will be mostly spent doing prep for the Education week performance next friday so it wont be that full on.

Trill you're really powering through that degree, hun. I'm sure it will take you about an hour and a half and you will totally hit your stride. This is sooooo what you're meant to be doing!

The kids will absolutely love having you there!

Swamped here in between a glut of study/assignments, some huge work deadlines, and now DH announcing he's going away in the middle of it all! I don't know what's more tired - my body or my brain!

On the positive side, we seem to have come out the other side of dummy weaning - SUCCESS!

Leila had her second dance class today and is just sooooooooo cute lol. she has become obsessed and is currently sitting through "giselle" . i swear that i thought that she would get bored in a nanosecond, but nup, still there!
