Ok, so I guess I am going to be doing quite a bit of youtube with the kids today...good thing it's a rainy day hahahaha!
Trill: 2 units sounds alot more civilised! I seriously dont envy the study thing anymore, especially exams!!! eewwwww!
Arte: Man, these lambs are sensitive little beings arent they?! no wonder they taste so yummy...it's all that tenderness hahaha.
we put Miss L on the probiotics as well when we were still trying to figure out why on earth it was that she was having such noxious nappies at like the age of 2.5/3. (hers turned out to be allergy to a bunch of fruits). it really really helped to restore some balance in her belly and we continued doing it for quite a long time (almost 12 months) after the fruit thing was uncovered. In fact, we really should just keep going with it as I have a feeling that she doesnt absorb nutrients as well as she could (similar to me). I know that you also have seen Meow's thread and having seen her in seattle the big thing that brought home the whole GAPS thing was the use of good, wholesome fats. we now make our risotto, stocks etc from all the leftover gristle (Mr W will be delighted by all the connective tissue going in lol) and bits of tenderloins, and fatty bits stripped off all the bones and the marrow scooped out and thrown in the pot. i literally took her lead and now scrape down every millimeter of a chicken including the fiddly bits in the ribs to get all the good stuff out and use that for cooking.
AFM: my big belleh has been behaving itself. I am still incredibly 'sensitive' to any major movement or prolonged position, but it is so so liberating not being in early labour. I even got brave and drove to brunswick for our monthly girly night out (a very laid back dinner...considering my delicate state lol). and that was soooo awesome as i havent left the house for like 10 days, and thankfully no niggles or anything! Yay. It is really weird having her engaged so early on though. DD1 engaged at like 35 weeks, and well Miss M didnt engage until we were well into labour land. i forgot how uncomfy it is to move/sit/walk with a big baby sitting right there lol.
