You've got that right, Cass. All over it. The whole subject is one of those where the entire content just seems so blatantly obvious, and largely a repetition of a whole lot of concepts from other subjects (albeit drawn together under a different framework) that I don't really understand how the hickkie the damn thing got up as a third year subject??! Most painful.

Cass, that's a strong complaint about a few days of darkness after your year of perpetual summer!! LOL. Bad comedown. BTW, I'm planning that this will be my very last winter of doldrums. I've just discovered a brand new invention (literally just released onto the market in the last week), done by some sleep doctors here at Flinders Uni. Basically, they've taken the "light box" concept and turned them into these wearable spectacle things. Because they've got LEDs in a scientifically-selected colour very close to your eyes, it gets the same effect as a massive light box at arm's length. Sa-weet. You can read with your normal glasses on move around like a normal person, 50 mins a day gives a therapeutic effect. I know it soooo sounds like a dodgey brothers invention, but I actually came across the original research (from a couple of years ago) and I know they are getting good results from it. They are called Re-timers and I predict it will take approx 18 months for word to get out into the scandinavian countries, and then they'll be selling like hotcakes in no time.
