Naomi - In the day CJ feeds about every 3 hours sometimes goes 4 but mainly 3. At about 7:45pm DH or I give her a bottle of EBM (sometimes only 30ml depends how much I have expressed) and then she has a BF often for about 30 mins. After about 10 mins of cuddling / burping I put her into her cot (she is normally half asleep - we warm the cot up with a hot water bottle first), sometimes she will wake half an hour later and I just pick her up she burps and goes back to sleep. I have no idea whether is the extra milk in the bottle feed that is helping her sleep through till about 7:00am but she has done it everynight since starting giving her the EBM - I only started doing it to get her used to the bottle. She was always a pretty good sleeper though with normally only one wake up, perhaps because is a big baby - so not sure if that is any help.
