Hi everyone!

Saffi - Glad your eye is getting better . Alana grabs my legs too, it can be dangerous at times!

CheezelMonster - Your little man is very clever cruising! Hard to believe the next step is walking, eek! I'm glad I don't have the only hard-to-dress baby LOL! I reckon I'd be able to dress a contortionist now .

Tippytoes - I'm glad the Christening went well and your brother was able to make it . That t-shirt sounds so cute!!

Issy - You have done a great job persevering with BF'ing with Lochie! It definitely sounds like hard work, it's so great that there is such a thing as formula for bubs like him!! I had issues with DS1 and he was fully weaned and onto formula by the time he was 6 months old. It felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders when we finally finished BF'ing. He was hard work too!

MummeNurse - I'd love to see that video too, I'll have to PM you

Misty - Thanks for your suggestions re: travelling in the car. I am not against DVD's if it means no crying LOL!

Willow - I don't like our chances of Alana changing between now and September unfortunately. She's only 7.6kg (weighed last Thurs) so she's not big enough to try forward facing just yet. It is something we want to try, but we just have to wait until she beefs up a bit haha! Is D still sleeping well now that he's popped a tooth?

AFU - Still talking about our trip. I'm thinking it might be best to wait until the March/April school hols next year. That way it's not postponed for as long. Will have to talk to DH about it. I don't know if it's a girl thing, Alana seems a bit of a drama queen compared to the boys! DS1 didn't like the car for a while, but he wasn't as bad as Alana. DS2 has always been a dream traveller. She can really crack it when she's not happy about something - like getting dressed, getting bathed, getting fed, etc. It always seems to be such a drama!! She's my happiest baby in other ways though, they're all so different!!

She still hasn't got any teeth yet! My boys got them at around 6 months of age. Our health nurse said she could feel some very close to the surface. Oh, and she doesn't sit up conventionally. She sits on her knees ITMS? I used to sit like that too!

Anyway, she's stirring, better go resettle her. Have a great night everyone
