Just wrote a long post and the purple reply button ate it!!! Why does it have to be so prominent!!!!! Arrrrrrhhh!
The main things was

OP- I am at wits end too and now even more so that I lost my post but we are in a worl of ignore everything mummy says and chuck a tantrum when she loses it. I wrote heaps more but bascially we have tried EVERYTHING!!! I dont know what to do but I dont want her to turn into a naughty girl.
