what exactly is it? like what do they mean by his eyes flick up? Iv never heard of it i dont think..I ant believe he has to have that done ,the poor little pet, he is to young to have that stuff done..I would be crying and upset as well, i know that its better they get checked out but it doesnt matter , its upsetting.
