Hiya ladies It's been a busy morning in the office but now the phone has stopped, I've tied up my loose ends and the boss hasn't showed up today so.... BB TIME!! LOL.
Cathy: Yup, Phoebe takes her bibs off if they are snap or velcro fastening, but she hasn't worked out the over the head ones yet (same with tops). It is very annoying indeed, but seeing as how most of her clothes are hand-me-downs and fairly sloppy I don't really mind
Cool that you are going for the grocery delivery service! I HATE shopping with the two girls, so I go on a Monday when I only have Phoebe. Once Natty gets a place on a Friday at Kindy though I will no longer have my Phoebe-only Mondays, so I'll be dragging them both around the shops. I tried Coles online once but (and this was a couple of years ago, so maybe it's different now) everything was consistently more expensive than in the shops! Only by a small margin for some things but it all adds up. I am such a tight a$$ that I couldn't bear it, even though it was heaps more convenient. Now I shop at ALDI and I find I save at least $50 a fortnight by shopping there. No flybys points though
Nicky: Sorry to hear about your dad. I hope he is recovering ok and isn't too bored. Glad netball is going so well! GL with CK - I hear good things about that site. Hope it helps you achieve the loss you are after.
Bridg: Oooh, glad you have been sewing! I will need to get myself one (or two) of your backseat buddies once you've got some stock.
Phoebe has been feral too! Mainly overnight, though I haven't been with her through the day much because of work but I'm told she is generally being happy in the day. Honestly last night I had no clue what she wanted from me. I gave her a BF then she pulled off and cried so I prepared a bottle which she refused to drink so I wrapped her and cuddled her but she went stiff and arched her back and was crying, crying. I dunno. We got through eventually with a combination of all of the above but it was rough. The last 3 nights she has been waking every couple of hours. I hope like hell it's a WW...
Vic: Glad the terrors have stopped. Maybe she has had a developmental shift and they were a biproduct of that? Hopefully they're all over now. I too find it hard to get back to sleep if Phoebe wakes around 3-4am. For a while she has been waking closer to midnight and I find it very easy to get back to sleep after those feeds. Then if she wakes later too I still find it ok to go back to sleep cause I'm still catching up from earlier in the night LOL!
I am not the tidiest person either, but DH is far worse so I often feel like the house-cleaning nerd around our parts.
BG: Sounds like E is having similar issues to Phoebe overnight. It sucks not knowing what to do! I was almost tearing my hair out last night (but couldn't cause I was holding a squarking baby).
All the best for next week at work. I totally know how you feel, knowing that they'll be ok but worrying anyway. FWIW, I spent months crying intermittently at the thought of leaving Phoebs and still get twinges occasionally (like today for some reason - I think because of the unsettled night last night). Anyhoo, I hope your return to work is positive and that you cope ok. (I'm sure E will be just fine and you will enjoy the most spectacular cuddles when you get home! I still love the look on P's face when she sees me when I come to pick her up. I get the biggest grins and cuddles. It's lovely.)

Bella: Eek @ the glass. Phoebe puts everything in her mouth too. It's weird because Natty wasn't a particularly 'mouthy' baby, so it's hard to adjust to having to pick everything up and/or check P's mouth constantly.
Awesome @ the Zumba class! I have seen the home shopping ads on telly in the wee hours and thought it looked like good fun. All the best for achieving the loss you're after.
