When I got in there, although he was uncomfortable and hungry, as soon as he saw me he stopped crying and started smiling and I realised that was because he trusted me so much, he knew that when I was there, I would do what needed doing and he didn't have to cry any more. That really struck my heart and made me tear up What a precious gift these little people are.
