AFM theo has only just gone down! its midnight! bugger! Totally ruined my diet this week too madame - pizza, redrooster, cakes... crap! Not looking forward to weigh in at all! Think i might be super healthy now till wednesday to try and avoid gaining anything - although i have a feeling the damage has already been done! but last weeks weigh in my total loss added to 9.8kg! totally stoked. just hope it stays that way!
