Hi Shayna - gosh I feel for you on the lack of sleep, you are obviously well adjusted to it which is something at least. I don't think I could survive on that little sleep - maybe that's why we get what we can handle.......someone out there knows I'd be useless with a bad sleeper lol. You're obviously a lot tougher than me! But you're right, it will get better, it has to! Abbey obviously has far too much to do than to sleep, geez mum! I hear you on the wisdom teeth, I had all 4 out, 3 were impacted but I had them done in hospital, I think I can safely say it was one of the worst days and couple of weeks of my life as far as operations go, at least with the c-section I got Amelia as a result!!! The filling went well although it's pretty much my whole tooth, he thought it was dead and would need root canal but it was clearly alive - it took 5 needles before I couldn't feel it!!! Needless to say my mouth is very sore today but at least it's fixed for now. I've got more though and going back in 4 weeks - I have the worst teeth, they might be straight but they're as soft as anything and prone to decay no matter how much I brush and floss. I was obviously standing at the back of the line when they were handing out good teeth!

Hi Snowy - oh no re the poo explosion on the bed lol! Amelia's poos are pretty well contained but she is fully FF'd now so they're more compact most days. Hope you can get the sheets washed and dried soon!

AFM - talk about cold it's cold in Perth today, bit of a shock after it being in the mid to high 30's for so long! Have to say it's a nice change from the heat though. Well day 2 of dropping down to 4 feeds went well, I don't know whether it's the amber necklace, the extra amount at feeds or coincidence but Amelia has been sleeping better the last 2 nights, she's been doing 10 hours without waking up, I went into her at 4.45 am this morning but just to check on her because the darn monitor is playing up and keeps going off signal so it's not registering her breathing. Actually on that, when do you generally stop using a monitor out of interest? But Amelia has definitely been more settled since I've put the teething necklace on her so again it's either pure coincidence or it's really doing it's trick. She was sucking madly on her bottom lip last night and drooling even more than usual so I tried SM33 instead of Bonjela and I think it worked better and she didn't hate the taste like Bonjela, bargain!

Best go, I have an appointment this morning so have to get Missy Moo napping so I can get ready! Have a great day everyone. xx

Snowy - yeah I used to buy DS a car every time we did the grocery shopping, because it made him be GOOD.. lol.. plus they were only $1.60 from coles (for their coles brand one - I'm a cheapy) but now he expects it all the darn time. SO now - I'm doing online shopping hahahaha!! That'll stuff him...

Shayna - uhh yeah I was hoping all whinging would stop when he got to 3 - but its gotten worse!!! Even worse now because he wants to be picked up and carried around like a baby (ie, like his two sisters!!) and he's 16kg so is getting too bloody heavy (and BIG) for me to carry him around... some days it drives me INSANE. Like yesterday. Today isn't too bad, but he got in serious trouble when I was hanging out washing because he kept playing right outside the bedroom window where eden was sleeping (and by playing I mean screaming and making kelti squeal like a banshee) so he got a firm hand placed on his chin and made to look into mumma's eyes cos she wasn't too happy. Of course then - I'm mean and naughty.. LOL.. Ahhhh kids...

ETA - Alison - ouchies on the teeth!!!! Yup, SM33 is MUCH better than bonjela - but I thought it could only be used from 6 months? They may have changed it, but it used to definitely be 6 months when I was using it for aricyn. Oh and with the monitor - I usually use it until they go into a bed, but I'm pretty paranoid. It was used with aricyn until we needed it for DD1 (so nearly 19 months) and then we used it with DD1 until she went into a big bed (so 14 months) and now we're using it for DD2, and will until she gets a big bed. Considering there isn't much room in the bedroom for her cot and aricyn's bed, we'll probably put her in a big bed when she's about 14 months old too..

Hi girls, I have been reading but not posting much cause my laptop is playing up bloody technology!
We don't get ds a car every time we go to the shops, it's more like once a week. He gets $4 for his pocket money and we take him to the shops. He usually chooses a hot wheels car or sometimes saves his money to buy a new alien for his Ben10 alien maker. He has a couple of jobs to do at home, take the recycle out to the bin and bring the empty bins back in when they have been emptied, plus his everyday jobs like putting his dirty clothes in the wash basket, put his toys away and take his dirty dishes to the sink. Ash has jobs too like her everyday jobs, stacking the dishwasher and taking the rubbish out. She gets $5 a week for pocket money plus a lunch order on Fridays. They put in so get rewarded for it.
I can't remember what anyone has written I wanted to comment on a few things. Oh well I will come back again later I'm sure lol!

Gawd DD2 has been sleeping since 8.30!!!!!! I'd suspect either a growth spurt (yay here come the 0's) or she's dropping down to 2 sleeps a day (that will SUCK)...

    Love you all

OOH I forgot to tell you...

My bestest friend (who was at Archie's birth) thinks she is pregnant again
She hasn't done a test yet, as she is in denial (HAHA!), and her baby is only 11 months old but she hasn't got her period for a couple of months and is 90% sure she is!!!! WOOHOO!
I think she is cr*pping herself! I told her that i am bringing her a test down and am going to force her to pee on it just so I know for sure!! She doesn't want to find out yet cos she doesn't feel ready to know yet! Haha, so like her. She does want another baby but i guess now it is real she is probably freaking out!

    Oh HOW EXCITING! x

    Hi Girls!

Hi Kymmy - congrats to your friend, one of my mums group girls has just announced she's 5.5 weeks pregnant! I can't wait to do it again as well, although am dreading morning sickness, if you get it the first time are you likely to get it the second time? I hated that first 12 weeks so bad but loooooved the rest of the pregnancy.

Hi Mel - one of the girls on my December BB forum is from Tassie, not sure which part though, will have to ask!

Hi everyone else, sorry for no persies, I'm a bit busy on FB at the mo!

    Love you all.

Alison - I didn't get ms with Mr I (did with the Duke, but not awful), but 'cause I had a miscarrige a few months previous (and didn't have ms with that pg either) I spent the first 12 weeks wanting ms so I'd know he was there & OK.
