Thanks for all your congratulations everyone.
It's been abit rocky the past couple of days as I have had some pains and the doctors thought it may be an
eptopic pregnancy. Anyway i've had scans etc and I have to get my hormone levels checked every 2 days as they were quite low but are now going up so hopefully it will all work out and it will be a viable pregnancy. I will know more on monday when I have another blood test.
So everyone please cross your fingers for me.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

OH CW, my fingers and toes are crossed for you. I so hope everything is ok. It's good that your levels are going up - a very positive sign. Try not to stress to much over the weekend (hard I know) but I will be thinking of you. Take care

Kim - Hope you don't end up sick again & I hope the rest of you family gets better soon. Its not fun when everyone is sick!

Didi - You poor thing, how stressful for you. Will they let you go to 40 wks? My bub was measuring a 3cm over when they measured my fundal height and I had to go for a growth scan last week but as it turns out bub is under average is size, think another smallish bub for me. My baby is breech and they seem to think that might be why I am measuring over, plus extra fluid.

CW - I hope everything is ok with you. How did you go with your bloodtests on Monday?

This time in 2 wks I will have my baby. Im still not fully organised. I am so nervous about having another baby, especially with it being born at 36wks etc. Just hope it will be ok. I'm still convinced Im having another girl.

Hi to everyone else, hope you're all well.

Wow Leigh, that is happening quickly. Hope you have a great birth. My DD was born at 36 weeks and she was perfect. She didn't even need to go to NICU or anything. Won't you be surprised if this time it is a little blue package lol.

Hope everyone else is going well.

Congratulations CW, I hope your little bub is in the right spot. Let us know how everything goes. Hugs

Leigh - Wow 2 more weeks, how exciting. What is the reason they are bringing bub into the world at 36wks? Sorry if you have already mentioned it in here. Hugs Hope its a little Blue bundle, not sure if I am going to find out this time, only found out with V. Yet will see how the NT scan goes I guess.

Kim - So is there a chance you are going to be expecting soon? Was reading your ticker. hehehe. GL if you are. It would mean 6 for you too. hugs

Didi - Hows everything going? Hope the little ones are well. hugs

Well V and my other 2 DD's have been struck down with the flu again. Little V isnt coping real well and as you know when they are sick all they want is mummy. Hoping she gets over this soon, I hate it when she is sick. She isnt eating much at all, and that isnt much as she isnt a big eater to begin with, so worried she is going to lose to much weight. Have been battling trying to get her over the 8kg mark and seems as though she is now just over the 7.63kg mark she was 3mths ago.

Csab - With DD1 I went into labour with her at 37 wks and had a pretty hard time which resulted in her getting majorly stuck and me requiring an emergency c/s. They had to cut my uterus in the shape of an upside down T. I was told not to labour with any future pregnancies due to fear of rupture. With Lara I had a c/s booked for 38 wks but once again went into labour at 37 wks. The hospital was short staffed and I laboured for 6 hrs before going for my c/s which resulted in my uterus tearing right up and down and across (basically a + sign). Coz I definitely can't labour this time and my body likes to go into labour at 37 wks the safest thing for me and bub is to have it done at 36 wks. It's a month early but better to be safe than sorry. I am praying my body holds out for 36 wks. I am freaking I will go into labour early again. How your kids getter better soon. Poor little V.

Kim and Didi - You girls have made me feel so much better telling me your kids did fine being born at 36 wks. I'm hoping my bub will be ok too.

Got to go, I'm off to the movies to see Sex and the City with my friends. DH has a day off today so he is staying home with Lara. I'm trying to catch up with my friends while I still can.

Lol yes csab we are "talking" about it DF is asking the other kids if they would like a little brother or sister and some of them are saying none so we are still deciding. I have to admit it is only the older 2 and DD1 is adamant she is leaving home next year so she won't even be here. DF would like to leave it for a couple more months but I'm going off the pill now (on the sugar pills) to give my body time to adjust. Hopefully I will be on here announcing a BFP soon (sounds like we have made up our minds already doesn't it ) I hope little V gets better soon. It is terrible when they are all sick. With Meara having the diabetes everytime she gets sick her sugars go haywire then we have to spend ages getting them right again

Leigh - Meara was 7lb 4oz at 36 weeks so if she had gone the full term I'd hate to think what size she would have ended up lol. Fingers crossed that this bubs hangs in there until then and is ok. Hope you have fun at the movies. Can't remember the last time I went there.

OMG DF SAID YES!!!!!!!! WE ARE GOING TO TRY FOR ANOTHER BABY. NUMBER 6 HERE WE COME

Didi and CW how are you ladies going???? Hope everything is ok.

Wow Leigh just over a week to go!!! Are you getting excited??? Hope everything goes ok with the c/s and bubs is fine. In fact I know it will

As you can see from the previous post Df has said "yes" he would like to try for another one 8). OMG what are we doing lol. I'm hoping that this one will be a blue bundle as DF doesn't have any relatives to carry on his name. His sister has 2 boys but they are not Shaw's and his brother doesn't have any children and is not likely to (to self centred lol). He loves his girls and really wouldn't mind if it was another one but a boy will even things out (3 of each). Ok gonna sound silly but what is the best way of trying to conceive a boy - opinions please doesn't matter how silly

    Take care all

Kim - That's so exciting that you guys are trying for another one. I really hope it is a blue bundle for you this time. I can't help with conceiving a boy coz I've got two girls lol, if my baby turns out to be a boy it must have been a fluke lol.

10 days to go for me and I am sooooo nervous. I've never been this nervous about having a baby before. Think coz its being born at 36 wks & then I'm worried about the sleep deprivation again, I will be happy when bub sleeps through the night lol. Both my girls were great sleepers and everyone keeps telling me that I wont get another one like them, fingers crossed bub proves them wrong lol.

Hello to everyone else, hope you're all well!

Lol Leigh, I have 3 girls but lucked in somehow with the 2 boys

Oh my gosh 10 days. I can understand being nervous but there really is no need. You know you will be in the best of hands when your little bubba is born and (god forbid) any thing happens then also the best place for bubs. As I said Meara was born at 36 weeks and she didn't need anything, not even oxygen.

LOL I don't think I've had a full nights sleep in over 3 years. DD2 is still a terrible sleeper and wakes up and gets into bed with us - every night (groan) and she has started DD3 doing it too so now we have 2 girls in the bed with us. We had a cat adopt us over the weekend and now the cat sleeps with us too lol. Our bed is getting very cramped and we have a king size.

I'm worried about getting P/E again as my bp hasn't returned to normal from having Meara. If that happens then I could end up having another c/s and early again. I would love to have a water birth in the birth centre. That's what I wanted with Meara. Will have to wait and see what happens. I might not even be able to fall pg again.

Oh well enough whining, hope everyone had a great long weekend. Take care all

Kim - Is it likely that you would end up with p/e again? Does it usually occur in subsequent pregnancies? Fingers crossed that you wont get it again & also that it doesn't take too long for you to fall pg again. I haven't had a full night sleep since having kids either. I am a really light sleeper and it sux at times. DH is a heavy sleeper and never hears the kids (or so he claims) not even with the monitor.

The hospital just called, they've moved my c/s ahead by one day so I am now having bub next Wed 23rd June. Bub will be 35wks 6days. As you know I am high risk & they have the more experienced team of drs do c/s on Wednesdays. I know its for the better but I am sooooo much more nervous now. I am scared of dying myself & leaving my kids behind. All these negative thoughts keep running through my head.

Kim I had PE with DS.. and the doc said to me when Pregnant with DD.. is it with the same partner i said YES.. GOSH...

Much less chance with second child and third child etc if same partner.. due to hormones etc. Ask your OB... they can explain.. but i never had it again with any pregnancy SO FAR!!

Leigh - Try and think positive hun, yet I know what you mean the same things go through my mind when I have this bub. Just think your going to have your little BUB next week, yay, a time for celebrating. All the best hun, we will be thinking of you. hugs

Kim - You have the same as me, I have 2 boys and 3 girls, so maybe we both might end up having the brady bunch, 3 of each. lol. I wanted to ask, did you have a NT scan with any of yours, and how were the results if you did. I am getting really nervous about next weeks NT scan. hugs

Didi - I hope everything is going ok.

How is everyone little toddlers going, I hope they are all well. V is finally on the mend, yet still has a horrible cough, so hoping it leaves her soon. Hugs

    Hi everyone,

I just thought I would pop in and let you know that my pregnancy is now progressing along well. My levels
have continued to go up and crampy pains have settled down. I'm just feeling normal pregnancy stuff now like tiredness and constipation but all in all and feeling really excited now. I'm somewhere arounf 6 and a half wks so bub should be born early feb. I'm going to the docs on thursday. I'm already getting abit of a belly, is it normal to be bigger with subsequent pregnancies?
I'm had a really hectic couple of weeks. After all the worry with the pregnancy Olive got sick on top of that and we
spent quite a bit of time back and forth from the hospital. Then she was teething as well and had a tummy ache from the abs she was on so a really unpleasant week. On top of that dh's car blew up and MIL thought Olive might have a brain tumor due to some of her behaviours when she was sick(she's fine!!!)
Next challenge is getting Olive to sleep in her own bed before bub comes. I think I will wait until the weather warms up though as it's so freezing and I feel mean, she is just so darn cute!

Leigh - Good luck with everything next week. I'm sure everything will be fine, try to stay positive. Like the others, I cant remember the last full nights sleep I had. Sending lots of positive vibes to you!

Kim - good luck on ttc, hopefully you fall quickly and have a bubba boy.

Didi - how is everything going now? how much longer to go?

Hi to everyone else and thank you all for your kind words of support
