Georgie - for reaching your goal weight... well done!
csab - no luck with the bag yet, still haven't started and still got SOOO much to do.
DP has given the broker until today and then i don't know what will happen, so much stress for so little, they came back asking for MORE things yesterday, DP is ready to smash the guy in the face i am so over it and don't need the stress.
Poor V, so many teeth and they must all hurt so much, Ava is still sooking so that #6 tooth is nearly through i think and the point of #5 cut the other day.
Yeah hospital on time is a good start i think... lol am taking bets from people as to what day they think i will go, anyone in?
So far:
I'm 32wk TODAY, Bubs is measuring exact for dates, Ava was born at 38.5wks (very quick delivery), Hmm anything else you need to know to guess?
Well i best be off, needles today going to put A down for a nap, she has been a bit sooky as i mentioned so those teeth are STILL moving.
She's taken a couple of steps on her own 1-2 but still prefers to get down n crawl
She is copying me kiss he on the neck and go MWAH so she does it now.. it's the cutest thing ever, you say KISS and she takes her dummy our for a kiss.
You say clap and she claps etc... one smart little cookie i have here i think, too smart for her own good... lol
Things are looking up here. DH's trial is still going well although we may not know until AFTER christmas if he has a PPT contract. Grrrrr. Meanwhile I will enjoy the casual payrates!
Miss Bethany has taken those first steps....I can't believe she did it on my birthday too! She takes about 8 steps on her own, and of course prefers crawling cause it is faster!!
The weather here is bizzare today, raining one minute sunny the next, and we have swimming....I wish it would sort out so I could organise!! Although it is even more bizzare that is it raining and not humid here, it is mid November we should be feeling the Wet season by now but hey I am not complaining!!!
Ummmm me thinks thats all. Have a good one mums and bubs talk soon!!
Was gunna post big and long and personal, but Z just gone down for his sleep, and other stuff beckons. We are going camping this weekend with some friends so sorting out the food side of things. I am a bit tentative at this age with mr Z cos he is not walking - but will pack the play pen to help restrict how many leaves he eats
Only 5 more weeks of school left, and then I will have all of them home for the holidays. Z will still be in 2 days care, but they are closed from Christmas until 11/01 anyway.
We are making the dash to Ballarat/Melb over Christmas, so if we have spare time ( I will try hard to make some this year!) belfie - bout time we had that drink I think! No promises though, with all that is going on with my stepmum and it is my Dad's 60th as well - we will prob be stuck in Ballarat anyways. But I do wanna take the kids to the Melb Zoo - as long as it is not 40 degrees.
I have done all my christmas shopping - YAY - and have asked for Wii Fit Plus, Pinks Funhouse DVD, a new blender for Christmas - see how much DH remembers
Z has been teething this week (so his nappies tell me!!! ewwww) - but is nto too bad. Riley has been reviewed by an audiologist again and the fluid levels have risen again so he will prob need grommets. Luckily I have got him in at the end of Jan before schools starts - but not seeing the ENT again until mid Jan - made the surgery appt in case that is the way he wants to go to avoid another delay. He is old enough now that he wont "grow" out of it if yo uknow what I mean.
See, I dont have time for paid employment! But it is nice for that mental break if nothing else - oh, and to get my nails done every 3 weeks again is a luxury I love - work pays for that too
Gotta go - hi to everyone, will try and drop through again soon
Georgi - Yay on reaching your goal weight. And fingers crossed you are not PG.
csab - How's V doing now? I hope she's getting over her flu.
belfie - Oh i didn't know your DH had those balance tests. I am STILL feeling yuck after doing them. I feel like I am moving a lot when I am actually still. I think they stirred something up. Now I wish I hadn't done them. And there isn't much I can do to control the attacks. I am on a very strict low salt diet now and taking some medication. Saying that I really HATE my current ENT so I made an appointment to see a new one next week who was recommended by the Meniere's Support Group. So fingers crossed he's better. He's out your way actually. My DH's back is a bit better after two physio sessions. How's your DH's back? oh and good news that X has the all clear from the ENT.
Avasmum - Yeah I'm not enjoying the heat either. It makes me feel worse. I don't really get out still anyway so I've just been hiding out at home with the air con on. And I reckon M's grumpiness was from the hot weather. Like mother like daughter. She seems to be less grumpy now that it's a bit cooler. Sorry to hear about Ava's allergy/s. That allergy testing doesn't sound like fun at all, especially if you have to do it with a newborn in tow. Could you maybe get Mark to take a day off work to take Ava for the tests? As for guessing when baby #2 will come - when are you due again?
amy - Yay Bethany on your first steps. And I hope your DH gets the job! I still don't know if my DH might lose his job next year.
Sami - Hello. Good to see you around still. Enjoy your weekend away.
AFM I am still suffering a bit after those stupid balance tests. Ever since I did them I feel like I am moving when I'm not, nearly all the time. I am having trouble sleeping because of it too. (It's like when you get off a boat and can't stop rocking). I got my results though and I have 40% damage on my left side, which is quite a lot actually. It means my right side must have taken over a lot for me to still be upright and be able to walk, etc. It's quite sad knowing I am losing my balance and hearing slowly. I just hope that I never ever develop this disease in my right ear otherwise I will be completely deaf and unbalanced. Apparently there is a 50% chance I will one day develop it in my right side. So fingers crossed they find a cure SOON!
M is doing well. She is cruising the furniture more and more. OH and she suddenly started walking with her walker again. She LOVES it. But she is still driving me nutty with the fact that once she's up she can't get back down without help. So most of the time she's crying for me to come help her back down.
Took A for her needles today and also got the skin ***** tests done, she had a reaction to 1 of the things so have to wait 1-2wks for the results as to what product.
THEN we get a free appt to see an allergist, she will have testing done over about 4hrs at the Royal Childrens, we prob wont get in until Jan/Feb so chances are #2 will be here by then... hmm should be fun!
I'm not sure Mark could handle taking her in, she SCREAMED the house down for the ***** test today and depending on the foods etc they could be doing multiple tests and he just wouldn't handle it at all... see how we go.
So no new foods for poor A until after the allergist appt!
Oh my due date is 8th Jan so i'm 32wks today, Ava was born at 38.5wks, i am measuring exact for dates and when ava was born she was 6lb 11oz...
Any guesses?
Sorry got to run and play with sooky, DP's not home yet... she's not enjoying those needle marks or the itchy back!
Hehe my cousin thinks x-mas eve or x-mas day.. will pop you down for then... lol
Guess we just have to wait and see when the appt is etc and work it out from there...
