Hi everyone,

Just a quick one from me, need to go do groceries while both kids are reasonable!

Re the bleeding - mine had almost disappeared and over the last 3 days has gone back to a deep red colour. Cant remember what is normal, but still only going through one pad a day. Anyone elses pelvic floor still sore too?? Mine aches by the end of the day - guess thats what i get for having a 9 pound baby this time
