Raffy - I'm sooooooo sorry about your friend! Hope you are getting lots of cuddles from Ben and your little man! I know you're trying but not really trying, but I'm sorry to hear that your HPT was negative, I was getting really excited there for ya, but I'm sure it won't be long and you'll get a nice BFP!!
Brydz - Glad to hear that you and Vinny enjoyed your friends wedding and that he was a good boy in the end. Sorry to hear that you and J couldn't agree on anything with regards to visits and stuff. I hope you can sort it out soon. Yeah it sucks with the babies teething. Noah started teething at 4 months and it took nearly 8 weeks for that first tooth to finally break through the skin, I just hope the next lot comes through easily and doesn't take weeks and weeks to come through when they start bothering him. Have you tried those teething dummies!? You can buy them at BigW. I tried one for Noah and he seemed to like it for a while chewing down on it, but he hates dummies so it didn't last long before he lost interest in this one too.....
Hello to everyone else - hope you're all doing well!
AFM, had a hell of a last 2 days. Got AF on Saturday as I mentioned in my post on Saturday and the bleeding was so heavy and the pain so horrific that DH took me to the emergency at the hospital in the early hours yesterday morning. They checked me out and gave me a scan and said that it is very normal for a first period after childbirth to be as heavy and painful and that it should settle in the next few days. The bleeding is still quite heavy, but not as bad and the cramps have eased a little, although I'm still taking the panadeine forte's for pain relief they gave me. Said to give it a week and if the bleeding hasn't settled down to at least a light flow and the cramps are still that bad to get in touch with my OB/Gyn, but so far so good, it's just ouchie! Forgot how horrific AF can be amd how much she really DOES SUCK!!!!! Gotta get a blood test today to check my iron levels as I have been feeling soooo faint/weak and they reckon I could be aneamic...
